This is the first time I’ve used SOJO. Their customer service was excellent. It is a rare company these days that makes a customer feel as if they are being genuinely cared for and valued. Communications were timely and considerate. Inga did a remarkable job of repairing and renewing a much loved sweater. I should be able to get another 40 years of wear out of it.

I have three items altered by Sojo, this time Gianni and I have nothing but praise for the team. These have not been easy items either, they were sequinned Nadine Merabi trousers this time so not the easiest by any means to alter but they were returned in a timely manner exactly done to perfection. Fully recommend them every time. Thank you 👏👏

Had a great experience at SOJO I had 2 dresses fixed, both needed the straps shortened and one to be taken in on the side. They did a great job, I would definitely use again.

I had two difficult repairs, one to a blouse, the other to a Leather Jacket. I had managed to burn a small hole in the sleeve of the blouse, it was repaired perfectly. The repair to the leather jacket was more challenging as I’d managed to tear the sleeve, just above the cuff. The repair work was amazing, I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the result.

I can’t praise SOJO enough, from excellent communication to the quality of the work. Special thanks to both Anca and Gianni for the top quality repairs to both items, thank you!!

I have now used the service twice and I’m so incredibly happy with my clothes. I have had a new pair of trousers taken up, a brand new dress I haven’t worn in two years shortened and some leather trousers I bought second hand taken in. The leather trousers I was particularly impressed with as they clearly required specialist attention and not only do they fit beautifully but the craftsmanship is immaculate. I was really so impressed. I also felt really comfortable as a woman being fitted by other women. My tailor for the trousers was Jawad and I’d like to say a huge thank you! Everyone I have met at Sojo has been so nice and clearly they are so skilled at what they do.

Perfect! It's exactly what I was looking for for so long! SOJO is so convenient, easy to use and then you can chose how fast you want it fixed/delivered back to you. I used it for a pair of jeans and a pair of trousers with a stripe detail and I am very happy with what Ayla at SOJO did for my clothes (exactly what I asked for)! Thanks! I used it for an alteration but in the future I might used it for repairs too. Highly recommended :)

I got my softest cashmere jumper fixed when the smallest hole appeared to make sure it wouldn't get worse. The process was easy. Not cheap (£30) - but I appreciated the care and time. The darning is small, precise and neat. Not entirely invisible but I love it even more now. I would go back as and when other holes eventually appear. Worth the investment.

First time using Sojo. Impressed with the quality of the adjustments made. Two pairs of jeans had the worn seat mended and reinforced. I new pair of trousers shortened and let out slightly at the hip. Delighted! Thank you Anca Pavlovici :)

Sooo easy to send! Turn around on the item was exactly as stated and easily returned. Not to mention it looks FANTASTIC! I got a rip in a satin evening gown, and was incredibly worried about how it’d be stitched- BUT it honestly looks brilliant. They’ve integrated the new seam to perfection! Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Excellent work, had a big awkward rip in the material of my trousers and the repair job looks infinitely better than I’d expected. Had another tailor tell me they were unfixable but the job done on them was phenomenal. Have already recommended to friends.

Woollen Repair
I’ve just received my cardigan back and I’m so happy. It is wool and had a largish hole in the elbow that needed to be repaired. It has been done brilliantly. So happy to be able to wear it again.

I’m just overjoyed to be able to wear my favourite jumper again. It’s a really social knit, irreplaceable to me, and I thought it was too destroyed, but Soho darned a massive hole and neatened up the cuffs and collar and it’s ready for another winter! It’s not cheap, but it’s cheaper than buying a new one, and I’m so happy not to have to throw this one away.
