Well packaged in fully recyclable packaging. Cup is really lovely to hold- strong and sturdy, without being too heavy. Enjoy using the sippy side and the straw. Took me a while to work out the lid unscrews. Very pleased with this purchase- it will be mostly staying on my desk at work. Thinking of buying another for at home!

Great service, quick delivery

Very impressed with a quick despatch, the 2 x 12oz cups arrived well packed for journey to us! The cup feels nice in your hands. We bought two to replace ageing keepcups, and we selected glass as we don’t enjoy tea when it is made in a metal or plastic cup (3rd world problems I know!!). Solecup keeps the heat well and you cannot taste any of the components (lid or glass cup) with a herbal tea. Made a black coffee in mine, washed it out and then made a herbal tea and there was no residual coffee taste. Our old keepcups had lost their lockable bit to stop it from spilling so we thought we’d try a different design. The screw on cap with a silicon seal feels more substantial than our last cups. I have rated them 4 star as the only thing that bugs me is when you drink from lid the round bit on the lid feels like it is in the way. If it was a semi circle or if there was just a bit more room then 5 stars definitely!

Love the cups just the right size (30oz). Keeps drinks cold for ages. Customer services are great too very helpful.

Brilliant cup, doesn’t spill unless the straw is in (then only leaks out of the straw and a tiny bit around it) insulates cold drinks very well for a long time.

Beautiful Cups I bought the original large and small - with interchangeable lids and silicone sleeves. They are great for me Tea, Coffee and hot

Straws as a surprise! Very happy would love a neoprene sleeve to help retain more heat if possible.

Bought a sole cup last week and have tried it since. A good quality study product really liked it. Using it since and generally quite happy with the product.

Two requests:
1. Make the top closure completely sealed so one doesn’t need to care about spills.
2. The glass gets too hot to hold as I like my tea hot, a wider rubber would be amazing.

I've had a solecup for around 4 years and recently dropped it and broke the main glass body. I was absolutely gutted but when I looked on the website, I saw that you could buy individual items at replacements. All I need was the glass body so I saved the cork holder, lid and tea infuser. It arrived quickly and in safe but still sustainable packaging. If I'm less clumsy hopefully I'll have it for many years to come! I use it every day for coffee and use the tea infuser to brew it on the go, they're a really good and truly sustainability-focused company.

I bought 3 sole cups as gifts. I am pleased with the colours, tea strainer embedded in the lid and that liquids stay hotter for longer (especially with the lid on). I am a bit disappointed in the lid design because the plug for the mouth opening is dripping if not held straight up so I can't carry it in by bag. Another inconvenience I've not anticipated, tea takes a long time to brew - approx 1h for my herbal teas. Although not the cup's fault, it's something to be mindful of.

The item was amazing, its design is fantastic and the colours you can pick from is great. I'm now able to drink fresh tea everyday and not having the fuss of tea leave falling in to the bottom of the cup and drinking them.
