This company is hands down the most corrupted company I have ever experienced, I email I got no reply, I ordered my clothes in the end of June I still haven’t even had an update on delivery and it’s September now LOL. I had to wait a whole month to get a chargeback processed and let me tell you how I know this is a giant scam they tried their hardest to not give back the money and presented evidence that wasn’t relevant it was only until my bank was about to process a pre-arbitration they decided to finally give the money. So in short they didn’t want to get in trouble with Visa or Mastercard so they returned the money, their whole entire store and instagram page is fake and they don’t reply so if you are seeing this before you purchase something please please pleaseeeeee stay far far away from this fake company you will have a better peace of mind.

I made a purchased, which took over two week to arrive, considering the delivery information stated a delivery in 1-3 working days. When The item eventually arrived the item was the incorrect item received. I emailed SOLE ET.AL!! Who answered yo my email after approx 10 emails sent. I also requested my refund for my returned item, as this error was no fault of mine. I still await a response regarding my cost for postage and packaging, which I'm currently awaiting a response after two weeks.

Horrible experience, never buy from them. I bought a shirt about 4 months ago, after time went by without anything happenig I wrote like 10 emails BEGGING them to just refund my money if theyre not gonna ship it. My emails were either ignored or I got "the refund will take 7-10 business days“, thanks for the information but I am still not getting refunded. A month ago I wrote them on instagram, again begging for a refund so I can have peace of mind. They just told me that its gonna get shipped in a few days, okay so I waited. No shipping email, order tracking still said "waiting for order to get shipped" after months. I then asked why it hasn't been shipped yet, they just told me it has, but it's just not updated yet. What the f is even happening? This was weeks ago and I haven't gotten a refund OR the product. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything here, I wish I knew that before.

It’s been 8 months and I order ONE shirt…still haven’t received it. Contacted them and got no response. Literally just save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I purchased a shirt around mid july and after two months it has arrived only to be probably the cheapest materials my hands have ever touched and not even similar to the one from the picture on their website.
can we do a collective lawsuit or smthg?

ordered something for £70 on the 27th of july with "next day shipping" after a week i emailed them and they said it takes them 5 business days to process the order before they ship it and i should look out for a UPS update, after another week they said its been shipped and i should look out for it, after another week i emailed again and the supposed caretaker emailed me to say he'll personally see that my order gets shipped asap, after another week i emailed for a refund, they said they'll refund me and ill receive it within 7-10 days, its been 11 days since then, horrible brand, from what ive seen online, in the 1% chance you actually get your order, its made from horrible cheap material and the tshirts are wafer thin, never ever order from here, any positive review is fake.

Scammers. I made an order in January, now it's the end of August and instead of my order, I have only received a reply "You will receive an automatic message when your order will be shipped.".
I reached to their customer service many times. When I texted that I don't need the order anymore, just give me my €190 back if you still haven't sent it to me. I was replied that they had sent the order and I need to wait. Of course this is a complete scam. They delete bad reviews and block you if you want your money back.

Be aware, sole at al is fraud brand and fake shop, they fraud me for 100pounds and after weeks and weeks lies of sending missing items,,,,be carefull never buy from them. All positive reviews here are fake…

I purchased a order over 2 months ago. Still not arrived. After complaining I received a tracking number for UPS. It was only the label created. No product dispatched. After a month of checking the status of the tracking on UPS it had not changed from "UPS doesn’t have possession of the parcel yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the parcel"

Have requested a refund. Still no refund.
Report them everywhere you can. Stop others from falling victim.
