I purchased a pair of sunglasses and they did not fit. I emailed them to make sure it was okay to send them back and following confirmation, I sent them back. I have had no replies since and no refund as was promised. Think twice before purchasing from them.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I never leave reviews anywhere but I want to save innocent people from getting scammed. I ordered a t shirt which was guaranteed to be shipped on the same day and delivered next day. I decided to read reviews about the company just a few minutes after I had placed my order and it’s quite obvious what I found. I emailed them to cancel my order and issue a refund stating I had changed my mind. They just kept asking me for a new address instead. I contacted them on numerous occasions both on Instagram and via email, but they were extremely incompetent. Mind you, this was over a period of a couple of days, even though they had stated my item would have been delivered next day. I only managed to get my refund through the bank and they have never gotten back to me regarding the issue to this day. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

place an order early july weeks before my birthday. no dispatch info even after sending a few emails. only after raising a complaint asking for the item to be cancelled they still decided to post the item straight away. will not be ordering again.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this company in July 2024. I waited and waited for it to be delivered. 1 month on they are been apologetic and blaming the shipping company.
I have received 2 identical emails expressing our apologetic they are and they are doing their best to make this right. I have asked to be refunded, they have failed to do that.
This company has dishonestly taken my money and they have NO intentions in dispatching this item.
They are a disgrace and I advised the public to be aware of this tactic.

Terrible company , promised to refund me for a pair of glasses they sent ( which were the wrong ones) when I sent them back they completely ignored me and lied to me promising to send the correct pair.

I recently had a negative experience with Sole at Al when my credit card was compromised and used at their store. Thankfully, my credit card company reimbursed the funds initially, but then Sole at Al re-charged my card without authorization.

After contacting Sole at Al, they explained that the transaction had been flagged by Shopify and assured me that they would issue a refund promptly. However, it has been some time now and I have yet to receive the refund.

Despite their repeated promises to send a refund, I have not received any response from the company despite sending numerous messages.

Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from Sole at Al in resolving this issue.

Best fit for all occasions, got every pair of sweats and every pair of denims!

Purchased in April for my June holiday. Never received, it’s now August and I have still not received my package. No contact been made from the company to myself.
So an absolutely shambolic company that should not exist, as they rob customers.

Please!! Please!! Please!! Whatever you do, don’t buy anything from this brand. They are a complete scam. They’ll take your money and will find anyway to keep it without sending what you paid for. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before I bought from this bogus brand. I reached out to them via email and was ignored and when I messaged the owner I was blocked. I urge you not to buy from this brand so you don’t loose your money like me and so many other people that have commented about them.

No response after months to my numerous emails. I returned the clothes by Royal Mail, sole et al currently have the clothes I returned but have not returned my money and won’t respond back to me.

Please don't buy from this website. It's a legal way to scam people. They deceive customers by putting up pictures of high quality products, but then send cheap and low-quality items. I had to wait for months and send numerous emails to finally receive my order, and they refused to give a refund, only offering store credit. It's a dishonest and unethical practice, so please avoid buying from this website.

I bought the track suit for my wife an she love it !! From the fit to the style and warmth, will definitely be ordering again but now for myself.

Worst customer service known to man. Ordered something while ago and was given the wrong item, I was issued a credit note refund. I then used the credit note along with additional money to purchase something else. This was over 3 weeks ago- no response to my emails, no updates and now I’ve been told I’m being given a refund. Bear in mind this refund doesn’t cover the £55 credit note initially taken. Horrible company.
