Great customer support experience with Joe, he provided two quotes for me when I had a request for a higher thickness of wood, and it was clear to me that I'm free to cancel the order at any point with no questions asked. Have not received the desktop yet, so cannot comment on the quality of the product — will update this once it has been received.

A great website / concept - lots of good advice on what to think about when ordering a desktop. Worth taking your time over this to think about all the options which are all well explained. The actual order process was simple and I received a prompt replies confirming my order and then the selected partner. Order will take 3 to 6 weeks but sometimes it's worth waiting for quality. Looking forward to fitting it to my new standing desk base.

Very nice wooden desk

I waited to post this until I'd received and tried out my new desk for a bit. It was just as expected and looks beautiful (pine with extra durable finish, no stain). The ordering process was simple and the workshop was made in the cellar, who were a little slow to respond sometimes but always got back to me in the end and got me the desk on time.

Very clear, great flexibility, and the order was routed to a partner in less than 24 hours. The website also had a great blog section that helped me figure out what I needed to order - for example, how thick the desk top needed to be given the width I was requesting.

This is a review of the service so far – a very speedy response to create a workable order specification, and find a reputable partner company to build it and deliver in early January. I'm familiar with the quality of these monitor stands through other people I know. So I'm confident in what to expect. I'll come back and update my review when the finished product has been delivered.

Joe was very helpful. Needed a desktop for an standing desk frame. Placed an order for a small size desktop: 800 x 600. Joe assisted in navigating the various parties involved to make this happen. Looking forward to delivery and seeing the final product!

I have a weirdly shaped garden office (135 degrees angle) and always dreamt about big corner desk for working from home and doing art. Joe was extremely helpful. Even over the weekend he managed to find the supplier who can manufacture solid oak 3 meter desk top with 135 degree angle and deliver to my place within 6 weeks. He even suggested to add poly finish for durability stain resistance. I've added IKEA legs and ALEX drawer unit and it's perfect. I'm very grateful as I'm enjoying it every day for the last 4 months. Never thought it's possible to do within my tight budget. Thank you so much!
