ALMOST GOT SUCKERED IN ON THOSE FABULOUS GARMENT PHOTOS like so many of you; I say this to tell you to report scam companies to "econsumer.gov"! Although, this agency does not address individual claims, it does register your collective complaints, and will investigate.

This is a scam site, I ordered a dress that was very obviously duped, but unwearable, totally different and they do not respond to emails, you cant post reviews on the website. Do not fall for it

I ordered 4 items totaling $229.50 & used their sizing guide for all of these items. When i received them 2 were grossly too large and the other 2 (shoes) were too small & were definitely not leather as advertised. I emailed them within 24 hours of receiving these items and it required multiple emails and 5 days before they responded (mind you their website clearly states they will respond to all emails within 24-48 hours). They did not offer me a full refund only stated for me to keep these items and they would issue a refund of 10% of my total cost or send me a 30% off gift card. They also stated that shipping costs are very high but if I wanted a refund they would send the return address in their next email. I responded within 12 hours to this email from them saying I do not want to keep items that are clearly too bug/too small and reminded them of their website advertising that they would issue a full refund if the items were the wrong size and they would pay for return shipping. There hasn't been any communication from them again. I have emailed them 4 additional times over the ext 2 weeks without any response. There is also no other email address or phone number to contact them other than the one I used.

The dress I purchased is unwearable. The stitching and materials are terrible! It is not the material described. I emailed them that I wanted to return it, but they never answered. The return fee, which is at my expense, is more than 50% of the value! This is not a serious company, be careful!

I wish that we did not have to even give them 1 star, they are the worst online store to deal. you cannot contact them, you dont ever get a reply. I ordered my dress on the 2July 2025 for my husbands 50th on the 2nd of August, to date my dress has still not arrived. This even after me paying extra to expedite the delivery. The system still shows: In Transit

They do not even deserve one star, i was forced to select a star in order to give my review.
Terrible service

I purchased a pair of sandals, it took nearly a month to arrive and it was completely different to what I had ordered. Poor quality, not worth the price paid and they are refusing to pay for the return. Do not order from them, it is a scam.

It is a disaster! Different to pictures. Poor fabric, poor quality; they do not respond. Don`t buy them anything!

I purchased a dress from Soodress in may and it arrived in June - this was fab.
However, the quality of the garment wasn't particularly good, not terrible, but alongside which, it wasn't quite as described, and so, i wanted to send back for a refund. I have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone from their customer services. All of my emails have been unanswered. Personally, I'd not use them again myself or recommend. I hope others have a better experience.

So this is a scam site. They take highly sought after pictures from other sites and make a cheap knock off. My jacket was supposed to be a linen and denim swirly pattern as on the picture but what I got was a flower patterned cotton filled duvet jacket. They only offered 10% return of the original purchase. Unwearable.

Interacting with this company was extremely frustrating - we bought an item and on trying to return it they made us pay a high amount for DHL shipping to China. Once it reached china they fell off the face of the planet and have been impossible to get hold of. So I paid for a very poor quality and unusable dress and for DHL shipping and have been immensely frustrated trying to get any kind of response from them. Please avoid buying from here

Ordered a dress for a wedding abroad. Place order 26th April and has just been delivered today 18th June. I live in uk

Before my holiday I informed PayPal not received dress but because I have received a tracking number after emailing soso dress complaining that not received.

I then had to inform PayPal I received tracking number so that’s why I had to leave until I got home from the family wedding.

Once home from holiday informed pay pal to find case closed and was told to inform my bank Lloyds bank and fraud team .

Pay pal give me number to call. Paypal only give you so many days and then close case. Was on holiday for two weeks.

Informed Lloyds bank who refunded my money and said will be investigating the case.

Dress arrived today and is the totally wrong dress. Unbelievable.

I will have to speak to Lloyds bank as not sure how I stand.

I have been receiving at least four emails a day from this company . How many other are having the same problem.

If I could put photos of dress order and dress received I would but not sure if I can.

Please don’t order from this company as terrible and certainly know how to worm their way around a customer order.

I paid 51 dollars for this dress. £41 taken out my account . I could have ordered the dress i received most likely from Temu for around £8. So disappointed with dress as not the quality I expected . Been so ripped off

Now 21st June. Received a return address ,after a few emails asking me to send as a low value? . I Asked for a pre paid address label. This company don’t offer this as not set up.

Spoke to Lloyds bank and told to return which I did yesterday. International post £18 for tracking service. I put the value I paid £41 .

I proof of return. Let’s seen if I can a refund. Still in the hands of Lloyds bank until I receive a refund. I then will have to pay Lloyds myself.

Will up date this once I receive refund.

I will never order from this company again. Customer service is non existent. NO phone number to call anyone and no response to emails. Charge was $40 to return dress to China and dress costs $50. DO NOT order from this place. There should be a Zero on rating scale.

Not worth the money and very unprofessional

This is a scam site. I ordered a linen kimono with beautiful printing for AU$75 and received a polyester one with fuzzy prints. Beware as it misrepresents both fabric and quality. Don’t buy from them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience shopping at soodress.com, and I strongly urge others to think twice before making a purchase.

The dress I ordered was not only of poor quality but also did not fit properly. When I attempted to return it according to their policy, I encountered numerous obstacles that appeared to be deliberate tactics designed to prevent customers from receiving refunds.

Upon following their return instructions, I discovered that the address they provided was incorrect, which caused the package to be sent back to me. Despite this mistake being entirely their fault, they refused to take full responsibility. Instead of issuing a full refund, they offered only partial compensation—25% in cash or 50% as store credit. I rejected both options, as I simply wanted my money back for an unusable product.

After repeatedly trying to persuade me to accept their inadequate compensation, they then claimed that a full refund was impossible because they had not received the returned parcel. However, rather than providing a fair resolution, they insisted on offering store credit as a way to force me into buying another low-quality product at an inflated price. If I attempted to resend the parcel, it would likely be bounced back again, as they would either refuse to accept it or leave it unclaimed—ensuring the return process would never be successfully completed.

Additionally, they cleverly delayed returning the parcel until my PayPal dispute expired, preventing me from obtaining a refund through PayPal’s buyer protection.

In the end, I decided to trash the dress and forfeit the total amount to avoid further loss of time, money, and frustration.

This kind of deceptive and unfair business practice makes shopping at soodress.com highly risky. If you value quality products and reliable customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this retailer to prevent potential financial loss due to their impossible return process.

I wish I could rate this as Minus 5 stars. This company is dismal. I had a disgusting experience.
I paid $89 AUD for what they described as a pure linen dress. I paid extra for express postage because I was keen on using the dress for an occasion. I ordered a medium size. The dress took 5 weeks to arrive - by this stage, I was surprised it arrived at all. Their linen description was an outright lie - it was definitely some sort of synthetic fabric such as polyester. The size I was sent was an extra large with no hope of fitting me. Impossible to contact these slippery dodgy crooks. I've cut my losses and the dress will be in the bag for the op shop.

I ordered a jumpsuit that was absolute garbage. The description read as cotton/linen/polyester but the actual was a cheap (maybe) polyester. The stitching was amateur. I was pretty sure I ordered black but got a white outfit that is see through. I should have known better but here we are. They are not to be trusted.

I placed an order with Soodress on April 22nd for a white midi dress, which cost me $80. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received my order. Every time I try to contact customer service, they give me the same unhelpful response: “We don’t have the parcel, contact the seller.”

This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and support, especially after spending that much money. It feels like no one is taking responsibility, and I’m left with no product and no clear solution.

I would not recommend shopping here until they seriously improve their service and customer support.

I am a U.S. 4-6. Bought a medium to be safe and it will fit a child. Each product says free returns but they do not do returns unless you pay the very expensive freight charges to ship it back. Completely unhelpful.

I bought a dress from here for a specific event, ordering far enough in advance for it to get here even with the crazy long shipping times. Although they claimed it was delivered I never received it. The customer service offered to send me a new one but after explaining that my event was now only a few days away so I would like a refund instead so I could buy from elsewhere they just stopped responding to me and I have not got my money back. I wouldn't buy from this site.
