The process of purchasing my flat through So Resi has actually been wonderful, and a real breath of fresh air. There have been the usual delays along the way, but the one thing that stood out to me is the ability for myself (the buyer) to communicate with the other side, something I think should be normalised in the purchasing market.
The wonderful Heidi Bainborough has been in charge of my file and has been beyond helpful, understanding and efficient in helping the process move along, she has had to deal with endless emails and calls from myself and has done the most amazing job in keeping me updated, answering my questions and troubleshooting any problems.
I couldn’t recommend this more, and if you manage to get Heidi managing your case, you’re in safe hands! Thank you!

It was a very good experience with SO Resi, from beginning to end. It all started with Renee, who was amazing and helped me a lot. She was the first to contact me and the sale wouldn’t happen without her and Heidi. Huw was very helpful and kind.
Heidi was there for me to get through the difficult final stages.
The team are friendly, professional and dedicated. I would recommend working with them.
For me the process of getting on with shared ownership was long, time consuming, and at times frustrating, due to all legal procedures and regulations. Heidi and Renee did what they could to make it easier and more understandable, and I thank them for that.

Oldies buying a home!
We are pensioners,and hadn't thought about buying a property share! We went to see Anna Murray & Tyler Hendericks in their So Resi office, they were so informative, nothing too much trouble, however there was only 1 property left at the time which wasnt suitable for us,we even offered to buy the show house! Gordon Made My Dream Home a Reality
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my shared ownership home with SO Resi, and Gordon made the entire journey enjoyable from start to finish.
From our very first meeting, Gordon was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained all of the documents so clearly, making the whole process easy to understand and completely stress-free. He made sure I understood everything, and if I needed something explained more than once, he was always patient and happy to go through it again until I felt confident. Nothing ever felt rushed, and no question was too much trouble.
One of the things that really stood out was how much time Gordon took with me. He even made me a coffee and made both me and my daughter feel genuinely welcome. He showed us every corner of the new building that he could, making sure I was familiar with everything and helping me feel excited and confident about my new home.
The customer service from SO Resi was excellent throughout, but Gordon truly went above and beyond. His kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care made such an important milestone a wonderful experience.
I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend SO Resi, especially Gordon, to anyone considering shared ownership.
