Just wanted to take the time to appreciate Lakeeba and Daljit for having been my point of contact in So Resi. Buying a shared ownership is new thing for us and there's a lot to be careful of.
These two officials in the different stages of the process proved to be professional, persistent and knowledgeable. We have now completed and have moved in, it would have been difficult without the expert help.

My experience so far within the process of purchasing a property with SoResi has been a very good one. I have had outstanding support from Lubna Suarez from the offset right up until the property being under offer. Lubna was great in being able to support me with a fact finding process in the process for the property being successfully allocated to me in a time when I thought I had lost out. Lubna did everything she could to support me and was rooting for me every step of the way. Lubna has been very effective with her communication and at no point have I felt left in the dark about anything. Thank you! I look forward to the remainder of the process ahead.

The first few times viewing the property with friendly sales consultant Ms. Vanessa A. were fantastic. She always answered our questions clearly and made us feel very welcome. Progression Consultant, Ms. Heidi was amazing throughout the entire process. She kept us updated on every step and quickly answered all our questions. Buying a property is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do, but my experience with SO Resi was genuinely the opposite.

A huge part of that was down to Vanessa and Heidi. From the beginning, they were incredibly responsive, patient and supportive. Whenever I had a question or something needed moving forward, I never felt like I was just another case sitting in someone's inbox. They genuinely cared about the process and did everything they could to keep things moving.

What I appreciated most was how accessible they were. There were inevitably moments where I needed clarification or reassurance, and I could always count on getting a quick and helpful response. That made a massive difference and took so much of the stress out of buying the property.

The whole process ended up being far smoother and quicker than I had expected, and I’m genuinely grateful for how much care Vanessa and Heidi put into helping me get to the finish line.

With So Resi Angela and Andrea the sales team at Finchampstead were very helpful in providing information.
They were warm, kind, informative and professional.
There is still further information I would like about the housing and site but this is not available as yet.

Overall selling a shared ownership property is always going to take longer than a non-shared ownership property due to multiple parties involved.

The housing association typically has longer lead times to get back on information which is not ideal when trying to sell in a fast paced market and quite frustrating.

Thankfully my consultant, Falon, helped do what was possible to accelerate these timelines and cut the expected response times significantly. Often managing to accelerate typically housing association queries by more than 50%.

In summary, selling any shared ownership property will always be more painful. But if you end up with a good consultant this will make your like much easier which was my case. Thanks Falon!

When I first started looking into shared ownership, I felt quite overwhelmed as I had no idea where to start or what the process involved. From my first enquiry through to completion, Andrea and Jacqui were (and still are) there to guide me and were always happy to answer any questions I had.

They made the whole experience feel so much easier and less daunting. They were always friendly, approachable and so helpful, I really felt supported throughout the entire process. I honestly can’t thank Andrea and Jacqui enough for all their help and support, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel really straightforward and positive.

We’ve had a really positive experience with SO Resi from start to finish. The customer service has been friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever we had questions or needed help with paperwork or arranging different things, the team was always happy to assist and made everything much easier for us.

Sylvana was always very helphul and responsive. Communication between us was excellent both e-mails and calls. She responded to queries . She always explained the problem and helped to solve.

My husband and I had a very pleasant viewing appointment with Rosh at Edcity last Saturday. The flat and the whole property is clean and stylish. Rosh is very nice and patient to answer all our questions. We are really dreaming about our future life here!

Falon Muli in the after sales team has been undoubtedly amazing to have work on my case, my sale took over 6 months and she is always on the ball and some points chasing me for updates! Falon was extremely professional, relayed information clearly and with confidence.
