My experiance with SorryMate.com has been fantastic Fergus and his team have been brilliant. i was involved in a cycling accident and broke my back i had seen all the reviews for SorryMate and decided to see if they would deal with a cycling case. Originally i spoke to a an understudy i believe then passed over to Fergus he explained how everything worked with regards my claim and got updated weekly by Fergus himself in total the whole claim process took approx 12 months very happy with my claim and how i was treated by Fergus and his team hopefully will NOT need to use him again but should it ever arise i would and i thoroughly recommend him and his team. Thank you Fergus and team.

She updated me every step of the way , and even when I was giving up Catherine kept going. Very professional service and they don't try to rob you of your settlement like some of the other companies. I was a young motorcyclist involved in an accident, and was initially handed over to a solicitor that I felt didn't take anything I said seriously. It was also obvious that they usually dealt with cars as opposed to motorcycles.

SorryMate took on my claim for a relatively minor incident, where the other driver refused to admit liability. After speaking with Fergus it was clear that although they are obviously running a business, they also had my best interests at heart.

After a horrific total life changing motorbike accident 7 years ago, which was settled yesterday! During which we have been helped through the most difficult of times by Fergus Dalgarno’s calm, positive, reassuring manner. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, conversing with the numerous people involved in such a big case, giving a kind word or an ear for the venting and of course the trusty shoulder for the tears. Over the 7 years he has not only been a honest, reliable, strong, motivating solicitor he has become a very special family friend. I was recommended sorry mate by one of the members from the bike club I’m in . After a motorcycle accident over 2 years ago. Not a pleasant one . Someone decided to go through a red light and hit me at 45mph. First accident in 37 years. Unfortunately it’s ended my biking days. I was allocated fergus dalgrano . He has not just been my solicitor. He’s become a friend. He’s been there for everything. From physiotherapy to organising a cleaner . Home care . Or having a chat about bikes like we do when bikers meet . I’m sure I will meet him one day at bsb day . Although my claim has just been settled I’m sure we will keep in touch. Thank you fergus .
