I love the jewellery pieces as they have an extraordinary design and great quality - and I already have a few pieces :) But besides that I want to mention that the customer service is amazing. SORU are an amazing company selling beautifully designed and made jewellery and offering fantastic customer services. I reached out to them as one of my earrings needed a repair. They responded quickly and told me that it was no problem at all to fix my earring. They fixed it beautifully and returned the item quickly. I cannot recommend SORU highly enough.

Soru is my go-to for beautiful jewellery, but on this occasion I reached out to ask if they could help me fix one of their necklaces I had broken. Deb was amazing - organising the sending of it for fixing and the return. I couldn't have asked for better service. Having been stung by a few high end brands recently, Soru are leading the way in fabulous customer service!

I own several Soru earrings, including a beautiful ruby and turquoise pair – the backs have been loose for years and I never got round to resolving it!

A whole eight (!) years after purchasing the pair, prompted by an upcoming event to wear them at, I reached out last week to the customer service team (half thinking it was too late). But Deb was swift, gracious, and proactive to arrange a selection of backs to be sent to me asap – which has since resolved the issue, so I won’t risk losing my earrings!

Recently one of my sapphire drop earrings broke. I contacted customer service who advised what steps to follow in sending the earrings to them for repair. In total, a timeframe of approximately 12 days the earrings were received by soru, repaired and returned to me.
