I have been so impressed by the fast and efficient response from Soufeel. One of the photo cubes I ordered had a slight flaw but was replaced without any problem. The photo cubes themselves are great fun, I’d highly recommend for a gift which is a little bit different. Thank you Soufeel.

These guys are scammers. Immediately after checkout and payment they requested addition funds for shipping based on my location, which is metro Melbourne.
I cancelled immediately by email as per their process.
The are still refusing and trying to charge me two days later as they put into production even though they acknowledged my email immediately to cancel - trying to continue extorting funds.
They parade as different company names over socials and all do the same thing. I ordered again on another page - thankfully via PayPal and got exactly the same email. Found out it was them and managed to retrieve the funds via PayPal.
Buyer Beware!!! If you want to loose money, then go ahead but they are nothing but Scammers trying to mislead and extort from the general consumer.

I ordered the double bobble head of my husband and me for Valentine’s Day, and I LOVE it! It cracks me up every time I look at it 😂 I was a little nervous after reading some of the comments on the Facebook ad, but I’m very pleased with how ours turned out! The noses are a little off, but I’m sure there are standard templates they use that are the best overall fit. You can definitely tell the bobble heads are us! customer service was a pleasure to deal with, as I messed up my initial order slightly. They were prompt and accommodating in their responses. I’ll definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends! I wish I could add photos to this review to show what I got vs the pics I sent in.

I was excited to get my plaque! When it arrived, I thought the front was scratched and was pretty disappointed. After contacting customer service they reassured me that there was in fact a thin film protector on the front and included a video of how to remove. It looks fantastic!

This is a terrible company! They are not Australian, and don't be fooled by their 90 day guarantees because they refuse refunds. They make orders incorrect, and then they ask you to pay them to fix their manufacturing mistakes. They are affiliated with many scam businesses all with the same business address in Honk Kong. Absolutely avoid!!!

Product was exactly what we ordered and hoped for. Though there was a delay in the shipment receipt the communication when followed up was brilliant.
