worst company in the world! I placed an order of € 205 paying the extra costs to receive it before Christmas .. I have not received my articles nor an answer to my messages or my email.
On the confirmation email it was written that my package is being processed since 12 December and they had guaranteed that it would be ready before Christmas...
But it will not be like that. I'm without presents only 2 days before Christmas and I've spent my money paying you.... You are not serious and you jou are joking with me. If you are full because you've got too many orders... Don't accept other clients to take their money! want back my money

Appalling and sad.. where are their consciences?
Sadly I've now read other similar reviews. On 2 December I bought a special piece of jewellery for my Dad... left extra time and paid more than $30 for Express post so that it would arrive before Xmas. It still hasn't left the warehouse and they don't answer correspondence. A complete fraud. Postage times are False advertising. They answer reviews saying they'll contact but they don't.
