I placed an order with this company for a night light with a Spotify barcode for a particular song linked for Fathers Day. I had problems tracking it and was quite concerned. I emailed them and they quickly responded asking me to provide details of the order. I did this and they investigated promptly keeping me informed all the time. I received my order shortly afterwards. I have to say their customer service was outstanding. The order arrived well packaged and was just as described. I would highly recommend.

I thought my product came damaged but the plastic cover on the front and back are very strong and packaging to deliver it safely was satisfactory. Thank you so much for the product I love it! Thank you Vita :))

I am ordering custom face gift from Poland. Customer service helped me a lot! They advised me about proper size (surprise for my wife), they gave me all the information I needed and ensured that I am OK with the photo I provided. I can recommend them (especially Vita Wong) with my whole heart!
