I had a pleasant experience with Soulmia. The ordered items were exactly what I expected, maybe even more.

I bought two and if I'm not in one, I'm in the other! They are perfect!

Great costumer service.
I wasn't sure of the things I bought and I asked for the wrong size so I emailed them my request. They answered pretty fast giving me the two options to change the size and to cancel the order. They politely canceled the order and I was very relieved since I thought it was too late. I am very greatful for their fast response and costumer service!

Poor quality!! I’m tiny and ordered a small only to get a large dress that’s not even true to what’s pictured!! Very disappointed!

I ordered 5 t-shirts from them. They arrived from China to the UK in 5 working days. There was no problem with clearing UK Customs. The quality is perfect and they fit in accordance with my usual size. I'm a UK size 12 and I would buy a large over here. So I chose the same and they fit lovely. Not tight fitted or overly big. Definitely buy from them again.

Soulmiacollection is amazing. Their site have so mannnnny articles of clothing, range, style, color and prints, it’s crazy to not want to buy them all.
I ordered 10+ items from them, they all fit amazing and soft.
I can’t wait to wear them with shorts and skirts!
The color and design were exact to their site, even the seams were sturdy and intact, not a single flaw.

The shipping is very fast. And the quality is good. Nice soulmiacollection!!!!!

This company is awesome! They have such great products. My most recent purchase from them was a cute, witty t-shirt and I absolutely love it! They have great prices, they ship as fast as possible (since they are international), and the product is always just as it is pictured and sized.

Very poor quality - would definitely never buy from them again!

Update: After leaving the review Soulmiacollection contacted me and offered a full refund. For this reason I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I was looking for some fun t-shirts and I was suprised there were so many different prints and styles to choose from! Delivery to Europe was no problem and the package arrived in time accordning to the order confimation. The products are great and conforms well to the descriptions on the website.

I had an excellent experience. Customer service was very helpful. The shirts were very soft and great quality. Great deals!

A bit smaller than anticipated with an XL being one of the sizings but overall very happy with the quality and material, would definitely buy again

Terrific variety of great looking product. It would be hard not to order.

Yes, at firstl was a bit skeptical about my online purchase but, l have to admit that l pleasantly surprised by my results. I was able to track my shipment every step of the way. The last message l received stated that the package was at my door snd lowe and behold there it was. Total process took about 9 days to arrive. Everything that l received was exactly as l ordered it. All the items fit perfectly. I am very satisfied with experience and would not hesitate to order from Soulmia again in the future

Ordered a summer dress then I read the bad reviews online and regretted my decision immediately. But the dress showed up in 2-3 weeks and it's actually really nice! True to size and looks just like the photo.

I order two dresses that ended up being
defective(one was bigger at the bust and the other was big at the waist) and not great quality(it saud it was polyester but still expecteda better fabric than what came).The customer support service was amazing. They replied immediately and offered me a refund or to resend the items. I chose the refund and i was issued in a few days. They even refunded me for the shipping costs. The shipping time was 2 days earlier than expected. Overall i would order again but only cotton fabrics.

The dress is really beautiful, I love it particularly the slit, it is not too revealing. It is very comfortably, very soft to the touch. I can wear the dress with no hussle. It is a perfect sundress for any occasion. The color is very mellow, true to its size. And it is what you see is what you get.
