Very professional, great quality work at a reasonable price. They do a very good job following up after the installation to make sure you are satisfied. Tyler Padgett, their marketing Rep. also followed the install very closely during the install and afterwards. He is knowledgeable, professional and does not pressure you to make a sale.I have used them 3 times in the last year and they will be my first call when I need them again

Great service. Had gutters put on my house last year. They were clean and neat. Did job in a timely manner. Would use them again for other services.

Because we had so many windows, it took us 3 separate projects with Southern Siding & Windows to get them all replaced. Each time was easy, sales rep came out for our estimates each time, then they would send out someone for measurements, then installation. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone we dealt with was professional and when each installation was completed they cleaned up everything! We had a great experience.

The new windows have lowered my heating/cooling bill and added sex appeal to my house. The price was within my budget and the staff made sure all my concerns were answered before the work began.

Installers were efficient and competent. Responded well to our preferences and now we have a Shower area that if both functional and beautiful.

We are very satisfied with the job Southern Siding did with installing our sliding door and deck planning. They were very professional and on schedule with all aspects of the project. We would definitely recommend Southern Siding for any project needed around the house.

The sales person was initially very nice , when I had a question later about the cost and was thinking about changing to another style gutter , he was rude. The installation went very well and clean, the billing department was helpful .

Excellent work in installing complicated gutter system. Young couple installed and did a super job. No problem with calling them to come back for a check.

To start with, the salesperson was good since he sold us on buying 20 windows, which we did need. The biggest selling point was the warranty. The salesperson is unaware of what actually goes on with the installation so don't be fooled by what they tell you is going to happen. The 2 guys were late, no phone call. (We were told there would be 5-6 guys) Then one had an attitude with us because we addressed that issue of them being late. One had no problem asking for a drink of water but never asked to use the bathroom and we discovered later that they used our yard. (They never left until they were done) They worked until dark so they wouldn't have to come back and then they couldn't clean up properly so there were nails and tools left behind everywhere! If we hadn't looked, we probably would have had flat tires since there were a lot of nails in our driveway too. If these guys had shown up on time, they would have had time to clean up properly and not rush which was part of the problem at the end. The windows were dirty and for the price we paid for these windows, they should have been clean. And when we addressed these issues, someone did come clean the windows and fix a couple other issues we discovered. But those guys, (not the same ones that installed the windows) were not impressed to be having to clean 20 windows and they were unprepared to do so. I had to provide some of the window cleaner since they ran out.
So after 1 year, 5 years and 10 years, they are supposed to come inspect the windows. You send in the coupon and someone is supposed to call to set up a time. No one called. When I called, I spoke to a nice man who said he never received the coupon. He then said he would call me back and I gave him my new phone number. After a few more weeks, I called again and he said he was trying to call. I asked what number he called and it had been my old number. I told him again what my new number is. He called a week later and wanted to come the next day so they don't like to give you advance notice. When he arrived he only walked around the house and asked what the issues were. Wouldn't that be part of their inspection???? He never examined the windows and never looked at them inside the house. Apparently you do your own inspection and tell them the issues. We pointed out what we saw and he took the screens that needed replacing. After 6 weeks, we started calling for our screens to be returned. Finally they were brought back and I pointed out the problem window (sash I think its called). One guy tried to fix it but made it worse and said he would have Tommy order a new one. It has now been ANOTHER 6 weeks and we have not heard from them. How could I possibly recommend them or give them a good review???? If I had to go back and do it again, I would NOT choose them.

Roof and gutters. Showed up on time, did the work well and quickly. Supervisor came out as the crew was finishing up to make sure all work was done satisfactorily. Follow ups from the office as well.

It is true that the windows are pretty, but the air still come through the windows it is hard to keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer months.

I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the workers. Follow us is very good.
