Problems month after install
Over a month after installation, scaffolding still erected. Called Spark to let them know, they were completely unaware. They told me it would be sorted as soon as possible - we are now 10 days later and still the scaffolding is up and no contact from Spark. Due to multiple issues with our install, we were offered £250 compensation. After our previous review (11th December), Spark replied saying that compensation had been paid before completion of job - we are still awaiting that payment and yet again no contact from Spark.
Looking at other reviews, it seems we have been very unfortunate with the service we have received, however, would just like some acknowledgement of the poor service we have received, rather than being dismissed. Don't like making complaints or writing reviews like this, but it seems there is no other way for us to be heard.

I am aware that the team have since resolved the issue and we will always be on hand to support in the future. We very rarely get things wrong but we did here and it is unfortunate that it happened to you.

Professional and efficient service throughout.
The initial presentation was very comprehensive and included a walk and talk through of the system and how it would be installed. After some research and having agreed a package, the install date was quickly booked. Scaffolding arrived earlier than expected and the team were professional. Installers turned up on time having messaged the day before, and kept me informed of progress throughout the installation. There were some slight differences in the installation to how it had been described on the original meeting, due to isolation switches but the Spark kit is as described and it has all been done neatly. The installer hadn't seen the tablet before so we were both learning, the only issue is it will use it's battery in an hour or so and requires to be permanently plugged in. It may need some settings changing but it's new to me, and I can't see anything obvious. Panels are very neat, really happy with how they look. Time will tell how efficient and worthwhile it all is, hard to judge in the depth of UK winter but they start producing as soon as the Sun starts to come up. Scaffolding is due down today, one day after completing the necessary paperwork with Spark following installation.

We recently had a solar panel and battery system installed at our home by SPARK, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and helped us choose the right system for our household needs.
The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout the process. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and they made sure everything was fully tested and properly set up before leaving. They also took the time to show us how to use and monitor the system.

An excellent exhibition of teamwork
The team who installed the panels were punctual, polite, tidy and efficient. (This also applies to the team of sub-contractors who installed and removed the scaffolding). They all knew exactly what they were doing and worked together as an experienced team.

Great service from sales to install
The team were great as a whole. Mark did a great job during the sales process and did not try and oversell the product at all, which we greatly appreciated and even happily told us to look over everything to if we needed more time. On top of that the install team were fantastic. Mac, maculaley and Ollie were great and when things didn't go to plan (due to our WiFi setup) they happily came back and continued to try and assist us as much as possible without making us feel crap about it.

From start to finish Spark Home have been excellent. Initial contact with the office and then rep Mark was encouraging. Mark visited (twice!) and we were able to get a design we are happy with at a price and payment structure which suits us. The work was carried out promptly & efficiently by Matt, Oli & Macaulay who were never less than polite and informative - in fact, they were so good that they fitted all the proposed panels into a smaller space leaving room for more panels!! Callum too was excellent and came to fit the three extra before the scaffold came down. If there was a gripe it’s that the scaffold gang were a little brusque with us and more than a bit brusque with our neighbours but a word in Nicole’s ear and appropriate apologies have been made. Which brings me to the most important point - a firm like this stands or falls on how it handles problems. Getting the job done well is mostly the easy bit; it’s what happens when things go badly that’s difficult and Spark Home have the right attitude to anticipating and overcoming problems.
