Unprompted review
Late delivery and delivery conditions hidden in the web
The delivery guy left the sofa at the building entrance and didn't offer help to take the sofa to the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, I did not know about that after paying almost 1000 SEK for the delivery.
I was working from home, had to leave work for 2 hours, ask a neighbor for help and take the sofa to the 3rd floor ourselves.
Had I known this, I wouldn't have bought the sofa with SparMax. Sorry!
UPDATE (2023-08-01): The company has returned the transportation expenses, so at least they did the minimum required by me. They say 1-3 days for a delivery, but it takes over a week.
Also, information about where furniture is delivered is still not placed in a single paragraph. I.e., The information is scattered around their website.
NOTE: You are expected to read a whole website to understand that your sofa will be left in the street (if you live in a flat). I believe this is done intentionally and they don't want to correct it. Therefore, 2 stars!

Tyvärr har du inte tagit med hela texten. Det står också lite längre ner: "...när det gäller hyresfastigheter fram till fastighetens entrédörr. Vi kan tyvärr inte erbjuda bärhjälp."
Vi har kontaktat dig och hoppas vi kommer fram till en bra lösning då vi alltid kommer att sträva efter att alla våra kunder ska bli nöjda i slutändan.

I have had the best possible service…
I have had the best possible service from SparMax when ordering a garden sofa group. My contact Waldemar help sort out just the group combination I wished to purchase as it was not one of SparMax´s standard groups. The price was fair for the amount of furniture in the group. I look forward to receiving the shipment soon. Great service.
