Awesome bikes - my kids love them
Customer service has been great over the years. We have the 16” Yoji that both of my boys rode a lot but growing out of. Also have the 20” Kotori - great bike for the dirt track, indoor bike park and around town. Just bought my 6 yr old the 22” Yama Jama and my 8 yr old the 24” Yama Jama because they want to ride trails. Both of these bikes are awesome - the kids love them. The build, weight and bike components are hard to match for the price. Continued satisfied customer. Thank you Spawn.

The customer service with the Spawn team is second to none - purchasing a high end bike for our 7 year old was a daunting decision - but the staff at Spawn were extremely helpful during the purchasing . Communication was prompt and helpful
But most importantly was following our purchase (even a year later) their after purchase support was very helpful when we needed a spare part for the derailleur hanger and tubes. Elena was very helpful, great response time and had our products shipped quickly
