They also took my money and waiting a week to get my money back but instead of refund, they paid back with a normal transaction that was taxed by bank..even if I explicitly told them to refund instead of doing a normal pay to avoid the commissions.

Reached out to customer service, and they were amazing (John and Jessica in particular). Bought my first laptop and to be honest, it's better than new.
