Packaging not as effective as previously.
Have previously been very happy with the service provided but feel this time that the packaging could have been more effective. Bought two 2027 Collins road atlases which are relatively large and flexible - one was a little damaged unnecessarily.

Incapable of sending a book without it getting damaged in transit.
Once upon a time speedyhen was the go to company. But now all I get is damaged book after damaged book, a continuous email loop requesting me to send this and send that. Just refund me and close my account , ill got back to amazon and take my chances.
