DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED CHAIR COVERS OCTOBER 2019 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM OR A REFUND. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 2020.
They have claimed they sent them to me and gave me reference numbers and told me 'to use my eyes' to see that they have been sent. Yes I am not joking that was their words. Totally shocking. However on checking both reference numbers both stated that the delivery company were unable to import and returned to sender. Shocking customer service. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are.

Do not buy from them. I purchased chair covers took a while to arrive which was ok due to covid and delivery times. The covers are unsuitable I returned them to Sarasota in Florida as directed in their returns policy, postage cost me over £20.00 they have received them 5 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. I have sent them numerous emails to be updated but have had no response. There is no customer service, randy just ignore. I would highly recommend not to trust this company and DO NOT give them any of your money. It appears to me to be a scam once they have your purchase and cash you are not interested.

They just don’t deliver .It has been 8 weeks since ordering.Havent arrived .They send emails saying they will arrive soon They don’t .Have opened dispute with pay pal .DO NOT BUY OF SPIRRY.The good reviews on here must be false . You have been warned ,I wasn’t

I ordered 6 seat covers and even though it took several weeks to receive them i was kept informed of shipping and i was absolutely delighted with them when they arrived. One had a run in it so i emailed a picture and today received a new one. Thank you for great service 😀

Do not buy anything from this company. Chair covers took ages to arrive and when they did they were cheap and nasty. It is impossible to return them as you cannot find an address apart from one very strange one in America. We are in the UK so not worth it. Complete rip off.

If I could put no stars I would. Placed an order on 4th April and still not arrived! Their website has nothing to say this is coming from China and states 10 day delivery...not so. I only found out where it was coming from when I got a text from Royal Mail with a tracking code for China. They ignore emails mostly or when the do reply just say "be patient". I have repeatedly asked to cancel my order and get a refund which I believe is allowed on online purchases but they ignore it. They tried to tell me the issue was with Royal Mail and our government putting restrictions on the number of parcels they can deliver every day!! Rubbish as royal mail are busier than ever! I have put in a dispute with paypal and they have just updated it with another tracking number which does not exist. Terrible company and I wouldn't bother ordering anything.

I placed an order 7th march.
3 months later and I am still waiting for package to arrive. Sent so many emails and keep getting the same automated response. I asked for refund but got the usual automated reply. I am so annoyed after paying for this product that nobody will talk to me.
I am very disappointed with this company.

Seat covers actually arrived 10 days ago. Never thought they would. Have to say I am very pleased with them after wauting so long.

I ordered a chair cover on April 5 still not arrived.
Has anyone ever dealt with them before?

awaiting an order after 7weeks, contacted them by email only to have a repeated generic email sent saying the same thing and not at all answering my email, the customer service is appalling if non existent, decided to check them out on docscam and to no surprise there trust rating is 8% if only id known before I wouldn't have bothered. Last email I asked for a refund and once again the generic email was sent to me as a reply, I have tracked my order that was shipped end of march, re tracked again today shipped 9th April? Just a joke not a serious company at all absolutely disgraceful!!!
