It is a very easy process smooth and simple, simply great experience.

Every time I called or emailed, I received an immediate response.

The customer service team was unhelpful.when I asked questions they told me to go on line.Then when I asked for a paper copy.it didn’t matter I realized I lost my house.& just had a roof over my head until I dropped dead.

Excellent service and great people to work with

This company states only needs a 500 credit score but I think it is a bunch of hogwash if you ask me. We thought that this would be our second chance but we were wrong. There is no reason why we wouldn’t have qualified. I have a lot of equity in my home and my home is worth about 720,000. I guess it’s their loss not really ours. We will go with another company. Skip this time and go somewhere else. You won’t be sorry.

I was faced with a possible foreclosure, and Splitero came through for me! Before contacting Splitero, I tried to get help/advice through my mortgage company, my credit union, bankruptcy, reverse mortgage even government agencies to no avail. The staff at Splitero were excellent! They were sensitive to my issues, and they were there from beginning to the end!
