Not a very positive experience
Not a very positive experience. Incorrect information given. Tried to contact my advisor, leaving multiple messages and never received a return calls. Received via email "declined application". Wanted to find out in more detail specifics for the declined. I was able to reach another advisor, who had previously filled in for my advisor. I asked why I was declined due to insufficient equity. I asked why there was not a counteroffer from the original estimate amount I applied for. I was told I would have to submit another application. To me that did not make sense, being I was not told how much I would qualify for based on the equity in my property. I did not want to go through this process again. I felt I was ghosted. You need to better educate and give your advisors the tools they need to do the job. You will benefit as a company by people and more referrals. I even earlier through the process recommended to a friend your company and my advisor's name. Going forward I will not be recommending Splitero.

Horrible
Horrible. My father was going through the process because we are looking to expand our business. Our house value is over $700K. After several days the guy came back and said they can only offer us half of the initial request/offer we asked for. And this was because of "breakdown in communication" and other excuses. How can u send me a contract of half my initial desire...and then expect me to be ok. At 14% repayment terms they already would have doubled their money while we don't even get 10% of my property value. Ridiculous. Brenden Leary was the guy working with my father and we feel disrespected by this process and the horrible low ball offer they gave us.

Keyairra Perkins and Anthony Evett were my point people throughout this process. I received exceptional service from both of them. When I crunched the numbers they were generally less than I would have paid for a Heloc or traditional personal loan. Splitero will also act as my real estate broker when I sell the house. They will not charge me any commission which conservatively saves me $12000.00 if the house sells for $400k.
I received my funds quickly and I do not have to settle up with them until the house sells. No payment.
I highly recommend this company and want to especially highlight the work that Keyairra and Anthony did for me.

Splitero undervalued my home to insure that they make money. That is completely wrong to do to people. My home is valued at over 400k. I confirmed this through a real estate broker/ appraiser. Splitero said my home was valued at 319k. The realtor told me if I was to put it on the market at 319k I would have buyers all over it. So I suggest don’t use this company. Terrible way ti do business. I’m in the process of having my own appraisal done so they will definitely hear back from me! *** update*** Just had a REAL appraisal and it came in at 380k$ proves my point on Splitero

Liars and crooks
1st they say, no appraisal required. Your home valued at $1,300,000+ which is about right. Next they say, we need pictures of the outside. Then they say, we need pictures of the inside. Next they say oh, we reevaluated and say its only valued at $900,000. Trying to rip me off and lying through the entire process. These guys are liars and crooks.
Turned down?
It was never explained as to why I was denied. Which is mandatory by DORA. They don't reply to emails. The phone number is just a bot referring you back to the website. I matched all of the items, so why was I turned down?

I really enjoyed working with Matt and Christina on a recent financing. I had great responses and support from both of them.
