Splitero changed my life for better. I got funded within 4 weeks. I paid off my high interest credit cards and personal loans. I don't have monthly payments and I can stay and live in my house. Splitero's process is more easy than the bank. It was a great experience.

The whole experience went way better than expected. I did my research on all the HEI companies. The reason I went with Splitero was the responsiveness and availability of the Amanda and processor Chev. Both answered all my questions and moved the process along very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Splitero to anyone. Great experience.

Another scam company wanting your info, they use a computer to figure your homes value, which is $1000.00s lower than the actual value, stay away from these crooks, get your own appraisal, BEWARE

They just sell your phone number. Got one email from them with a decision on my application and havnt been able to use my phone since because im flooded with spam calls. Over 100 a day. I would steer clear of this horrible company.

They were very helpful any question I had they answered it to the fullest and always were there whenever I called I really enjoyed working with them

I checked out a few places with this type of loan and they gave the most money with the lowest amount of interest percentage of the home taken. They were fast to respond and I could always get a return call within an hour to answer my questions. I liked that they are a local company in San Diego where I live.

Scam. They strung me along, assuring me I'd meet the criteria, and then changed the criteria after I applied and they pulled my credit (which is great). They clearly just sell personal data to other companies as immediately after I applied, I got at least 10 spam calls in the next two days for financing-related offers. DON'T TRUST THEM!

Total scam. Pay outs were frozen, no refunds to anyone and now they ask for 30% of the balance in order to begin pay ments again. Cry me a river, they have not delivered on anything but promised us—wait until my venture hits 300%. Avoid them at all costs. This, in fact, is one of the most catastrophic moment of all time. Now on,Equıty Pathway, org,pays quick, returns are really high.

After the great conversation over the phone on how much equity I had and how my credit score was more than fine (mid 600s- they advertise credit scores of 500 and up can be approved), I reluctantly allowed the hard credit pull. Two days later, I was told that I did not have enough equity in my home and was denied. They also said the underwriters didn’t think it made sense with my credit score to make things happen. Another HEA company showed my equity as over $150k and they did a soft pull. Going with the other company, but it may be a better idea to be honest about the types of customers you are really looking for rather than tell them they don’t have enough equity, when that was not the case.

Horrible experience, complete waste of time and waste of a credit pull. They made it seem like a very simple, streamlined process with a minimum investment of $20k. I have at least $200k in equity currently by all models. I received a denial notice today for "not enough equity." I cannot recommend dealing with this company.

I worked with Abraham the Splitero Sales Rep. recently. I asked very specific questions to clarify whether I could qualify for their investment in my property given my unique circumstances, hoping to avoid a wasted hard Credit inquiry. He even had me wait on the line as he checked a couple things to be sure. I was assured i could qualify. After Underwriting reviewed my file I was denied based on the very issue I was concerned over...I had a Chapter 13 discharged 3 years ago...apparently each year under 7 years from discharge, they reduce the % available (in my case by 10%), but also simply because I have a basic HOA in our neighborhood (They do almost nothing) they also cut my available % by an additional 5%. I expressed my anger that I had felt mislead. Initially Abraham tried to say I didn't understand, but finally admitted he failed to tell me the limitations. Once I told him I would be writing this review, he proceeded to call me multiple times basically apologizing so I wouldn't be upset with him,,,,,then his boss waisted my time by reaching out to also apologize....I could care less if they feel sorry...its not about hurt feelings, it's about their incompetence and the training of their people to avoid these kinds of things...Thanks for the waste of time and ding on my credit Splitero.

I will admit the wait time was long. Once things began, the process was smooth. Alex kept me informed and was very responsive to any questions I had. The processing team was efficient and Hugo let me know what paperwork they needed from me. The notary was on time and very nice. All in all a great experience.

From the first telephone contact I had with a Splitero representative, the experience was always positive. My phone calls were returned in a timely manner, so I never felt that I was left hanging. I was told from the begining that it would be a lengthy process, but was always kept up to date in the process. All agents were helpful and friendly.

Worked as advertised. Beyond that, each person I interacted with throughout the process was responsive and helpful. It wasn't a particularly fast process, but the initial time estimates they gave me were on the mark.

The representatives that helped me through this process were outstanding. No fault to theirs because the process did take a bit longer than what I expected but they all came through for me and my family. They were very patient and understanding when we had to work with a third-party company, a solar company that was not responding as fast as we wanted them to.

At the end of the day they we were able to get the amount that we wanted and we closed this deal on time and if there is one thing that I would change it will be, to tell or ask all the potential customers if they have a solar company that may be involved to get that process started immediately because they could drag their feet in this process.
