I switched to SPN co a few months ago after previously being with a well known Aussie internet provider because we were experiencing constant drop outs and it was difficult to get any sort resolution with the previous provider. Switching to SPN was the best decision! The set up was seamless, we have not had one drop out since and the customer service team are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond. I recommend SPN to everyone I speak with now! You won’t look back.
