I find it hard to understand how and why William Hill have such a poor rating ??? I am a happy, safe and rewarded customer. Everyday i complete at least two freebies that can and have lead to good cash payouts. Only a couple of weeks past; I won 10 x 10p spins and this made me over a pound which i grew into £20 before cashing in. Deposits and withdrawals are easy and fast. Customer Services are polite and helpful. I need to contact them every few weeks if I win spins on a certain slot game, that will not load on my chrome book, they always put the equivalent amount of cash in my account to enable me to use a alternative game. I get a reminder every hour so i don't over spend. WILLIAM HILL i thank you and all your staff

Their bonus drop and scratch of the day promo's are fixed, I was putting up with that as they are free to play anyway, but today was the final straw when the website said "Guaranteed £5 free bet" but it awarded me just £2 I tried to resolve the issue via live chat, first agent couldn't resolve it but they offered to put me thru to a supervisor, who simply cut and pasted a general response and then immediatly disconnected the chat, which is EXTREMELY rude, so I tried again & was transferred to a different supervisor, I received the same cut and paste response, I said I wanted to complain and tried to reason with them, I had already supplied a screen shot proving it guaranteed me £5, but again the chat was disconnected, so against UK gambling commission regulations they have also refused and ignored my wish to complain.

Absolutely garbage site no support poker app took 10 out of bank no funds appear and then no one there support or on phone.
Eventually get someone and they claim the money was there when it wasn't???

I’ve been betting with WH online for many years, but their website is now so full of bugs it has become unusable. I have a number of long term bets but I can’t get to look at them. They’ve disappeared from my account. The support staff say they can see them. But I can’t. Support is dismal, and re installing the app makes no difference. It’s totally not good enough, and I will place my bets elsewhere from now on.

I've been trying for weeks to get my $20 back that I deposited to this bogus company. Everytime I try live chat it cuts off. The number to them is a gambling problem hotline. Try to send email and it says err. Won't let me withdraw my money with my same card they let me deposit with. This is yet another reason why I can't stand the enternet anymore.

Literally signed up first time ever using this company and they remove all promotions straight away without me even making a single bet, joke of a bookie

tried to call hills dont except phone calls now except for bets on line keep you on hold and then can not solve your problem used to like them but will never bet with them again

thisisgambling.com seems to be the only company that wants to help customer get their stolen money back. they post regular updates on the court cases they have against william hill

Super good website and easy to navigate but there are so many glitches with it.

william hill is an offshore company that steals users money and gambling commission who's job is to protect and prevent crime are doing nothing to help customers who cant access their deposit or withdraw their winnings! thisisgambling.com are the only decent company to try and help. they have taken legal action against william hill in order to help customer get their stolen deposit back.

Do not use this app they are cheats.
Theres no cashout as they say there is. Id an accumulator and only 1 game away from win but 2 games they didnt acknowledge as running and were winning so never a cashout available. Spoke with pat online chat he said he couldnt help me and loads of bla bla bla on why no cashout, they didnt at any stage show these 2 games were running and both won. Screenshots to prove it, pat didnt care that im closing my account and was offering nothing for my loss of offer of cashout, steer well clear ,theyd probably not pay out a big win

I had a bet on the euros 12/10. I was waiting for two results to come in,but the Poland game was on suspended for at least 30 minutes. It didn't give me the option to cash out. No explanation what so ever. I'm really disappointed and I've took the app off. Just after your money.

Had an account with these jokers for years. Don't bet very often, but when I do, it's mostly on Greyhound racing... Sorry, but I do back winners @ losers alike, but it's the winners these clowns can't stomach.. 10 or 20 quid bets, backing at "Their Prices", then suddenly traders restrict my bets to a couple of quid, followed by an intensive account review, followed by my funds immediately returned to me via Paypal..

THIS company only after 47 emails,9 threats payed me what they had taken on the 8th August under a company wide SCAM on their customer help line costs. THEY SHOULD BE Ashamed. But instead of accepting their failure after they paid me back. THEY CANCELLED MY A/C. dont waste your time with this buisness everyting about this company is so wrong and the way they treat there customers placed a bet on there website for a baseball game over 24 hours ago to my horror even tho the team i bet on it said they were batting and indeed had 3 bases loaded it was the opisite team that were batting and had 3 bases loaded so in short i was giving the wrong infomation i contacted william hill to get this bet voided produced a screen grab of the error and to my shock they refused to refund me and said the bet would stand which is wrong on all levels for starters it was misleading the odds were not displayed corectly i have now reported this matter to the gambling commision and trading standards so again dont waste your money with this company
