Be careful! spotlessweb.com / Mysoftfeet.com are practicing phishing for credit card information.
They charge your creditcard almost on a two-three weeks basis.

If you're in contact with them, make sure to verify all transactions on your bank and/or credit card statements. Both domains use the same or very similar email formats.

Initially I did not agree nor interested in making purchases, but almost immediately there was a charge to my card of a value that I did not authorize after having applied for membership. After this inconvenience I notified the issue to the chat and they accepted my claim, at the moment I am waiting for the refund or cancellation of the unauthorized charge to be recorded. Thank you

This is a scam web site. Caveat emptor!
My daughter has somehow been tricked again into joining this website which charges her €7.45 every 14 days as "credits". These "credits" expire after 90 days if nothing is purchased. She has no recollection of agreeing to join this website again. I managed to unsubscribe her this last year (April 2024) and yet it has managed to reinstate her and start taking money from her account again.

I am requesting for termination of my account.Mr. Claire has send me an email for refund.

Jamal helped me to cancel my registration because I am member of Oriflame / Sweden, I gain money from them since 1998 and it is not polite to use similar products (cosmetics, vitamins etc.) from another source. So I thank Jamal very much!

This is a scam site. I got sent an email from Shein which I thought was legit but it was from this company fooling you into a membership. I thought I was paying for postage from Shein. Then had an argument on the chat box and they said they don't associate with Shein. They completely hijacked my email and Sheins good name.

Stay away from this site it an absolute scam! I've been signed up without my knowledge and they don't refunds! I have never even been to their site. I think a third party has given my details. DO NOT USE!

After being in contact with this company to request a refund I was told no. I asked for them to close the account. They sent me an email saying it was deactivated. Then this month they've took more money out! Even I hadn't signed up to any of this! I got an email stating if I took my post on here down they would look into my request for a refund. They are spamming me with the same email again and again. I've emailed them to tell them to give me my money back. As they are now stealing. Heard nothing back other than the spam email to ask me to take this down and they'll look into my request!
