SCAM SITE

SCAM SITE, BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Really POOR customer service quality.
Improper charge on your card by SPOTLESSWEB.COM and MYBABYDELIVERY.COM, with MADE UP SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Zara by Team Escalation Management, absolutely to FAIL, unable to solve my problem with broken promises.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

Membership Fee refund.

I followed a link which led me to a site published by spotlessweb and inadvertently clicked on a membership sign-up. I was looking for more detail rather than a locked in membership with on going fees.
I immediately contacted spotlessweb, explained the situation and asked for a cancellation of the membership and refund of fees paid and an assurance of no further costs.
This occurred in early December and this morning I received an email from their Escallation Team informing me that on review of the case, they have agreed to my requests.
While this has taken time, I find this an honourable and refreshing outcome and I would like to thank Kevin specifically for his assistance.

Scammed

I was scammed in August and September they took €46.45 out of my account every two weeks over this time .in December Jay got in contact with me and I did receive one €46.45 back Christmas week .Since then I haven’t received any response from anyone ever tho I have sent many emails regarding this issue
