Not what they claim to be
Their website claims "they buy any house, anywhere". But not mine apparently as it's "in the middle of nowhere". Actually 20 minutes outside a major northern city. Then a sudden change of gear - the location seemingly would not deter their thousands of "investors" who, unlike Springbok, would be delighted to buy my house.
I'd love to know just how many properties they do actually buy themselves. It seems like a lure to get you in so they can persuade you to have them act as a selling agent. Many others here on Trustpilot have warned about their dodgy contracts, fortunately I didn't proceed with the offer to take them on as online estate agents.

Beware .. make sure you read all documents very carefully seriously. I have dodged a bullet but because I decide not to sell the have issued acB132 Notice that is a claim on my land for 12 months . This prevents me from selling to any party for 12 months .
If you have any other way of selling do so I really would not fall for the charm of Mark
