29/06/2026 Final part: Today I have transferred my number to another provider and my issue has been resolved by the other provider. I did get two emails sent to me from Spusu who told me the issue had been resolved. It hadn't. Clearly writing on this site prompted those emails. For me the story is simple. They charge less since they are making savings elsewhere. Not having a call provider that was reliable was a big issue for me. I have moved but I am paying more. So far it has been worth it.
21/06/2026 Just began moving to another provider. Just over a week with Spusu.
20/03/26 No. Problem not resolved. Original issues still there. I have been advised to remove my case number from this site. This is concerning itself since surely the only danger is from Spusu itself??? Anyway, it has been over a week now. I am moving to another provider.
19/03/26 This is the case number: REMOVED
This is my reply to your request for more information.

Ohhhh...I am having sooo much trouble with this firm. I regret it already and only transferred over last Friday 12th June 2026. Sadly...they are now ignoring my emails. I have a Split Port issue (No, I have never heard of it before either!). One accepts these things happen but to be ignored. I will likely have to move. My advice: Be careful about Porting (PAC Code) to this firm.

Absolutely disgusted with SPUSU UK.
Customer support is practically non-existent. Emails go unanswered, there’s no acknowledgement that they’ve even been received, and there’s no straightforward way to cancel online.
The only communication channel seems to be WhatsApp, and responses can take days. Even if you reply within seconds, it can still take another 1–2 days to hear back. In 2026, this feels completely unacceptable.
Cancelling a contract should not be this complicated. It feels unnecessarily difficult and outdated, and it raises concerns that the delay may simply be a way to take another payment before cancellation is finally processed.
A telecom provider should offer clear, responsive, and accessible customer service — especially when customers want to leave. Based on my experience, I would not recommend SPUSU UK.

I'm really happy that I found Spusu. I've already switched all of my SIMs over to them and currently have three SIM cards with the company. The service has been excellent, the prices are competitive, and everything has worked smoothly. I'm very happy with my experience so far and would highly recommend Spusu to anyone looking for a reliable mobile provider.

I’ve been using spusu for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a breath of fresh air compared to the major networks. If you’re looking for a no-nonsense mobile provider, this is it.
The standout for me is the customer service—it’s actually helpful and human. You can get anything sorted with a single email, no endless automated phone loops or being passed around departments. It’s genuinely efficient. The flexibility is just as good; you can change your tariff at any time without the usual "contract jail" frustration.
Technically, it’s bulletproof. They use the EE network for coverage, so the signal is reliable everywhere, but they run their own server infrastructure and software, which seems to make a real difference in terms of speed and stability. Porting my number over was completely seamless, too—it happened exactly when they said it would without a single hitch.
Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that just does what it says on the tin without trying to upsell you or hide fees in the fine print. If you’re tired of the big-name carriers and their complicated bureaucracy, switching to spusu is a no-brainer.
Highly recommended.

I moved my number to Spusu a few months ago and I’ve been really pleased so far. The connection is strong and reliable even when I’m outside of big cities. What I particularly like is that they don’t overcharge for roaming like some of the other networks. I haven’t had any problems with the network or reasons to complain. Highly recommended!

I was supposed to port to Spusu today. The port appeared to be stuck and nobody could reach me. My daughter called me worried something was wrong - now I’m back fully on my old network provider and nothing has moved forward. Nobody answered the customer service line or my WhatsApp messages.

Query was answered directly by human being, no menu or waiting for automated service. Chris was patient and listened to my query, which he then resolved immediately without fuss or bother.
Expect the connectivity and mobile service to be just as good!

I rang to port my old number. I got straight through to an agent. I explained what I wanted and he did it promptly. Very good

I was on a 15gb Spusu plan and noticed that uSwitch were now offering a 20gb for the same monthly price. I reached out to the customer support team to see if I could cancel my current plan and take out the new plan through uSwitch and they replied within a day, saying I wouldn't need to cancel my current one - they upgraded me to 20gb for them same price. I really appreciate customer service that's this quick and gets such a good result for free, would certainly recommend.

Spusu plans are great value, but this comes at a price. Here in the south east of London, you’ll rarely get a strong signal as network capacity is absorbed by EE.
I spend my entire train journey with buggering spinning wheels, achieving nothing. Cheap for a reason

They replied with sorry on the 12th

Following my earlier review I have now nearly 2 months user experience and want to compliment Spusu for excellent customer service. They respond very quickly to voice calls or Whatsapp queries and clarified the reason for my reduction in EU roaming allowance while still in the UK (I had used 2.5GB of my 5GB EU allowance, which reduced my 3GB roaming allowance by 0.5GB)
I had the chance to sample the roaming reception in Croatia, which was rarely less than full strength on 5G wherever I went.
I am delighted that I changed to their service, which offers very fast data and high quality voice calls and I've never experienced any dropped connections or failure to connect to the network.

Worked well for me. The onboarding process with esim worked well for both phones. Never had an issue with them in the two months I was with them. I only left due to a competitor offering a bit more data for EU roaming on their fair usage policy and none of the spusu offerings caming in at the same price. Leaving was also painless with the porting from esim to esim easy. I'd certainly come back to Spusu but they'd have to offer a better deal than I'm currently on to get me to switch back. But happy with my Spusu experience.

It all started well. I was impressed to find that I could actually speak to real people. The problem is voice calling - it just doesn’t work. Neither Mobile or WiFi calling worked. I tried everything, even disabling VoLTE. Given that Spusu uses the EE network, there is a fundamental problem with the service when the signal is poor. Its almost as if Wifi Calling doesn’t engage. Helpful people, but too ready to blame EE and not prepared to raise an issue with them. I will be reluctantly moving service provider.

I used libara and then ID mobile, both were good but the service Alex at Supus was really outstanding, it was like premium service. He was so patient and understood why my transferring number from ID mobile ro Supus didn’t work and resolved it at the same call. You are awesome Alex! So impressive.

Wi-fi calling is only supported on certain smartphone brands/models. Customer support takes a while to respond and don't seem to be very interested. Price is good especially for minutes abroad included in the plan and using EE network. Had to switch back to previous network due to lack of wi-fi calling support and no signal at workplace. Otherwise, it would be 5 out of 5. Hope they improve this in the future, will definitely switch to them again.

My husband got Spusu and we decided to see how things went before I transferred mine across. We also went to the US in that time and his roaming was so cheap it was an even better than the Breeze eSIM that I bought. I was with EE and their roaming was expensive so I got the Breeze roaming eSIM instead. I got back from holiday and signed up to Spusu. I got their info and the date they would transfer my number but unfortunately the SIM had not arrived so I had no phone! BUT, I was able to phone them, speak to an actual person and get a UK eSIM installed (from an email they sent me containing a QR code) all within 2 minutes and 24 seconds. They even apologised on behalf of Royal Mail for not delivering the physical one and said they would send another. Their app is also informative, very easy to use and very easy to keep an eye on expenditure if you need to. Fabulous!

Very horrible experience being deactivated and chasing to Spusu UK. Nobody seems to know where the sim is and when it arrives. Communication is non existent and not responsive. Since 24th May till date, I have gotten multiple dates on possible delivery but none was right and still don't have my SIM and neither do I have any information on when. Makes no sense not to offer expedited delivery even if it's paid at checkout.
