Joined Spusu a few days ago as I checked the coverage in my area KT7 Surrey and it said excellent indoor and outdoor coverage 5g, 4g or if bad 2G.
My old number is set to switch over tomorrow.
I can't get a signal in my house or outside in the garden.
I walked up the road and again can't make any calls as signal drops in and out.
Isn't Spusu supposed to be using EE?
I thought it could be my phone so tried the SIM in my old phone and again same issue.
Can't get internet or calls.
Sat in my loft with my phone out of the window.
Again same issue. Have been trying all weekend.
Called Spusu from my wife's phone to cancel the portal of my old number but they couldn't stop it.
Basically tomorrow I have to wait for my number to transfer then get a paccode to change again to a different SIM contract with a different supplier.
Both Lebara(Vodafone) and Spusu(EE)don't work in KT7 Thames Ditton area so be warned.

The staff are so helpful and you speak to an actual person who knows what they’re talking about. So refreshing!
Got me sorted in a few minutes, on a Saturday lunchtime. Amazing service.
Jess was delightful dealing with a not a very technical lady.

Amazing customer service. Got straight through to a guy called Julian who was really helpful, straight to the point and sorted my issue out in minutes.
No waiting on hold or having to press this And that button. Really refreshing.
British speaking and not following a script and being past from person to person like with sky who then can’t help.
I’m am ordering my daughter an eSIM and going to recommend to family. Amazing service.

Original review:
I called up to order a replacement SIM after my phone broke and it was the best customer experience I've ever received. There was no listening to an automated voice and pressing keys, I was connected straight to a person in less than 30 seconds. I provided my information and the SIM was ordered. The whole call was less than 3 minutes. I'm so impressed.
Update:
I never received the replacement SIM.

Changed to them from my existing provider but unable to connect to their network. Unable to call them to rectify so I used their whatsapp service to message them as well as email. Every single message has simply been ignored

Ben, the Spusu customer service rep was brilliant; knowledgeable, friendly, clear and helpful

Dealing with SPUSU has been my best ever experience with any utility company and that experience goes back many years. Calls are answered quickly, agents are helpful, friendly and know their business.
My two SIMS were sent out quickly by first class mail. Bear in mind that Royal Mail are currently only delivering 76% of first class mail the next day against a target of 93%, this will affect every digital business to some extent.

I’ve had a really poor experience with Spusu and would strongly advise avoiding them.
On Sunday, my eSIM suddenly stopped working with no warning. I was travelling at the time, which left me completely without data, communication, or access to maps – a pretty serious situation.
I contacted their WhatsApp support immediately, but responses take 4–6 hours on average, and when they do reply, the help is minimal. They repeatedly asked if I had removed a physical SIM – despite the fact my contract is eSIM only and I was never issued a physical SIM in the first place.
It’s now been 4 days with no data, and support has effectively stopped responding on WhatsApp altogether. I also called their support number, but they simply said they didn’t know what the issue was and offered no resolution or escalation.
For a mobile provider, losing service is one thing – but having no meaningful support when it happens is unacceptable, especially when you’re relying on it while travelling.
Overall, this has been extremely frustrating and has left me completely without service when I needed it most.
Avoid this company.

Service was poor from the start. Ranging from weak signal with poor internet speeds in my attic, to barely any signal and internet in a few kilobits per second in my living room, thus unusable.
I paid £6.90 for one month starting on April 13th, and got an email telling me I'd be charged again on the 6th of may, not even a month later. Since the service was so bad I got a Lebara SIM, and arranged for my number to move on the 5th, one day before they charge me again. Lebara is infinitely better, much faster, strong signal, decent internet signal downstairs.
Few days later I get a final bill, £4.14 on top of the £6.90 I already paid for the month.
I noticed the contract email says
"No hidden costs
- minimum contract period"
This seems ambiguous but I took it to indicate there isn't a minimum contract period, since it's in the No hidden costs section. Is the £4.14 a cancellation fee? I already paid the initial £6.90, so a further £4.14 on top for a subpar service lasting less than a month seems rather harsh, especially given the wording in the contract.
I contacted them asking what the extra £4.14 was for. 2 weeks later and no reply. So as far as I'm concerned it's a terrible company. Bad service both in functionality and customer relations. Mis sold in supposed no hidden fees. I'll be advising my colleagues to avoid.

Just moved, 5 stars.
Early days, but so far I'm very impressed with customer service, pricing, and quality of service. It's so much better than EE, even though Spusu uses EE.
Cell speed is excellent.
Keep up the good work, guys!

I'd bought a new e-card as they had a great deal, and was given a changeover date over a week later. I wanted to transfer my mobile number, but when I ordered I was given a prompt to download an e-SIM, and then told by my phone that it didn't work.
Partially on me for not understanding how the transfer works, but there was a slightly confused back and forth with their team over email – I was unsure if I needed to download a new e-SIM before or after transfer. Feel silly now, it's after! But I'm unfamiliar with these things.
Luckily I spoke to a really helpful member of their team on the transfer day – she was so lovely, I wish I'd gotten her name – thank you, to her.
All transferred easily on the day and working great now, but when you purchase, I'd recommend having a clearer explainer that you don't need to do anything until approx after 4pm on your transfer day, when you'll be notified by your old provider that it's all transferred :-)

Switched from Vodafone to spusu for 2 numbers back in jan earlier this year.
Signal is much better, only issue is the voicemail option are atrocious and extremely amateur. Sort it out spusu. This is basics your messing up on! If sorted the overall rating will improve across the client base.
Thanks.
