Looks like we all have the same problem. Made my order for a phone case aswell and when I emailed about not getting a tracking number they insulted me by saying be patient, that's all. After more emails no reply to any emails and im sure if this phone case does turn up it is more then likely a sh!t one as everyone has mentioned. So now it's gonna take another long time to get a refund. I think I will post them up all over FB now. Hopeless

Their Mobile Covers are very bad quality and very expensive and when you ask for replacemnet , they refuse. Don't buy their products

BE VERY CAREFUL... I bought a phone case almost 2 months ago, and as I needed it I paid $16,99 for what they call VIP SIPPING. Contact them many times, with always the same answer, please be patient

Cheap beyond cheap. Bought an indistructable phone case and to my surprise upon opening the box… Was the cheapest plastic case. I could have gotten better from the dollar general. Customer service is trying to delay my refund. Thank Christ for buyer protection with PayPal

Terrible company they don’t send you your orders they don’t respond to emails. There’s no way to get a hold of them there a rip off and their stuff is garbage.

I've been waiting over a month to get my phone case and screen protector. I tried to cancel the order multiple times and was unable to because it allegedly shipped. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from this company.

Also bought a phone case from them, and they claimed it was indestructible. Well, the hinge that holds the case together is so loose that the case falls off on its own. Its indestructible because you cannot use it.

Sent them a message and their respose was "Hello, I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience. The human-caused reason is not in our after-sales range. If you want us to reissue one for you, you need to pay $ 15 for shipping."

And then when I explained the situtation. "Sorry, the after-sales time has been exceeded."

What a bs company and useless product. Do not buy!

Bought a 'virtually indestructible@ iPhone case in August 22. Pulled it out of my pocket in December 22 and the clip holding it together had broken.
