disappointing new formulation
Two of my favourite winter scents, Embers and Holy Smoke, are now weak, insipid and just meh. Why change something that works perfectly! Please don't touch Bay and Rosemary otherwise you'll lose me forever as a customer!

Really love these candles and their room diffusers. Bought to help sell my home and we sold our house within 48 hours... Not saying they sold it for us but they were recommended by the estate agent and I am happy they did! Beautiful packaging and arrived without any issues. I now buy them for my new home! Thanks.

Vintage Rose Tealight
It's rare I take to writing a review. However, the Vintage Rose tealights I ordered a while ago are deserving! I burnt the first of the box yesterday and it was pure delight! The candle gave a very good burn time and the perfume given off was evocative of a time past. Thank you St Eval, I shall be ordering more.

Have patience for the lovely scent!
I noticed that some people have thought that the scent was not very strong. I bought a reed diffuser & at first smelling it in the bottle I thought the same HOWEVER after 24hrs of having the reeds in and it in the room, the scent is unmistakable. Not too strong but really pleasant. So I highly recommend these and also love the fact that I can buy refills when needed 😁

Scented tin candles
I've bought a few of the scented candles in a tin from shops over the years and have just placed at order direct. The Geranium fragrance is particularly nice and the candles do a great job of making the room/kitchen/hallway smell great. I also bought my sister a selection of the candles for Christmas and she was very happy. Looking forward to receiving my next order and will try some other fragrances soon. Good value for money I think.

Over packaged and no aroma
I recently ordered two infuser oil refills ( sea mist and bay and rosemary) and two new sets of reeds.
Both bottles of oil arrived but only one set of reeds.
I called and asked for the second set and they arrived very quickly.
However, the amount of packaging one set of reeds arrived in horrified me.
They would have fitted in an envelope no problem but they were in a big box with loads of paper padding.
Meanwhile, the new bottles of oil I have opened are giving hardly any fragrance. I have to stand right over them to smell them.
Not really worth the cost.

Increased my anxiety!
I bought the Inspiritus tin candle online after smelling in a gift store out of town. Although it smells lovely in the tin when lit it smells overpoweringly like a gas leak or some sort of toxic substance which lasts for days! The first time this happened I didn't think it was the candle and went all over the house looking for the source of the smell. Now I know it is definitely the candle after lighting it last night. Very odd experience! I definitely do not recommend.

Very poor.
I ordered another set of Tranquility reed diffuser. The first I ordered some months back - it was brilliant and lasted a long time. I ordered a second set this week - hardly any scent at all. A total waste of money. I wouldn’t use again as the quality is too hit and miss.

I bought an Inspiritus scented candle and truly, it actually had very little scent , it was not noticeable at all. £14:99 wasted. I've bought these candles in previous years and they have been lovely but I will not be buying them again.

Better brands out there
I bought the 6 packs of small candles in a variety of Christmas scents so I could decide which I liked best before I bought a large candle.
The candles themselves small good however I get zero scent out of them when they burn. I’ve now tried 3 types and I can’t smell anything unless I put my nose to the candle.

I have been buying the tea lights for a number of years . The quality has dropped and the price has escalated . A tea light is so poor now it doesn't even melt the wax in my burner . Initially I thought maybe it was the wax melts but no, I have tried wax melts that I have used for years and still the same outcome , the tea light is so weak it doesn't have any power !! When I started purchasing from a local shop at £6.50 I thought they were expensive but after trying thought they were worth the money . Now at £9.99 and poor quality a total waste of money . DO NOT BUY !!

Today I pulled into the car park of a local farm shop, The Three Trees in Chiseldon Nr Swindon, to reply to a call I couldn't take as I was driving. After I had sorted the call I thought I'll just take a quick look. As I was picking up lots of goodies, I smelled the most amazing aroma. I immediately fell in love with the St Eval "Bay & Rosemary scent, and, I don't really like the smell of Rosemary! I bought a box of 9 tealights. When I got home I lit 1 of the tealights and, honestly, that 1 tealight has made my entire room smell amazing. I'm totally hooked on these candles. Just off to order more. Utterly fantastic.

Excellent products. Smell amazing and very affordable. I’ve never had diffusers that can fill a room so easily in such a compact container. Customer service is excellent - particularly Paige Gillard who was very professional and helpful
