Technical help…
Although I need more technical help than most people, the tech help at Stablepoint has been great. Out of 4 chat conversations, 3 have been exceptional. Lucy was awesome and helped me out so effortlessly. Only one chat has been a bit challenging.

Support via chat was provided quickly for a problem with a hacked email. Responder was named Jansen Pusung and he conducted himself professionally - I hope I was perceived the same. I was given a number of things to validate before completing the resolution. So far, Jansen was very helpful.

Poor technical support - avoid
I recommended Stablepoint for the knowledgeable support. Unfortunately, not only has the network gone downhill since it's been merged with all the other hosts, but the support is woeful too. Wasted 45 minutes on a LiveChat explaining a problem that was with the DNS controlled by Stablepoint, the agent didn't get it.

Fast solution to a puzzling problem!
Yesterday, I was suddenly unable to reach a website that I have taken over managing. The website was blocked with a message that said to contact Hostpapa.com. I was baffled because I thought all of the domain and hosting for the website was already with Stablepoint. Support tech Jason P. figured out quickly that there was a legacy account for the nameserver that was still with another provider (and that company had been taken over by HostPapa). It was something the previous web admin had left no record of. Best of all, Jason was able to immediately make StablePoint the name server host for my accounts. I'm so relieved and grateful for the quick and complete solution.

Very professional and solved my problem
Support staff is fast and friendly Jansen Pusung, efficient, and very helpful. I've been using their hosting services for 4months and I don't regret my choice. Best hosting I've gotten in years and no plans on ever leaving. Hosting is very reliable as well, I haven't noticed a single instance of downtime in all the years I've been with them.

Very inconsiderate, almost 20yrs having account since innohosting, and I can't even ask for a short hold of suspension or temporary unsuspension due to a problem in my card caused by fraud attempts. They are all about money!
