Worst agency i have worked for i couldn't get to work for two days because of the bad snow I emailed them and told them the snow was bad in my area thay seemed understanding but the third day thay terminated my contract thay don't care about anyone's safety all thay care about is you lining there pockets stay clear there is a lot better agency's out there staffline are a disgrace

Ignorant F*#*@#s!! I Worked overtime then got paid normal rate after ide worked my 4 day rotation then the Sunday overtime...I've now left and can't get no reply I've bin paid no holiday pay they owe me which is around £700 and now nobody's getting back to me No head office number to speak to anyone higher F@#*@!* place is a joke , But Reported to ACAS who are now looking into it aswell as the Dodgey Payslips and false information on them ? See you soon you robbing B@$*@£€$.

Don't waste your time, Dartford is abusing drivers, when you start working here, they give you about 4 days and then one - three days max!!! and the manager doesn't know how to communicate with drivers at all!!!!

Just another recrutment agency that likes to waste everybodys time.

There is no support from the team, and they don't even perform their tasks correctly. Most of the time, they just sit around in the office, showing no motivation or work ethic. They don’t offer any help and aren’t willing to listen to concerns. Instead, they make up their own rules and fail to follow the guidelines or handbook. When asked to do their job, they come up with excuses to avoid responsibilities.

Avoid this company at all costs, I’ve been invited to an interview showed me around they took all of my information only to be ghosted until a few business days later they got back to me in the most unprofessional manner possible to say that there are no spaces available. 0/10 would not recommend. Pull you in by offering a job, put you on a training course that is 4 days of writing. No one seems able to communicate within the agency so you end up giving your id multiple times.
Will straight up lie to you about available shift patterns and accessibility.

i had a been appiled to bmw oxford, haven't heard anythings from them and see like a useless staffline and don't know what they doing...seen like a dumb jobs to do. mean to be help out and to be support people for work. what kind is that staffline mean?! give a zero rate star!! period!

I contacted this company looking for hgv class 1 jobs iv been driving class 1 for 15years and recently renewed my taco and cpc in the last month the member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unhelpful also said that I don't have enough experience. Even though on my cv that they have shows I have more than a ough experience using all different trailers and delivering to customers doing warehouse deliveries tramping trunking tipping walking floors curtain sides flat beds... The job I look at was to deliver for waitrose but yh I have no experience...

Absolutely the worst. They have no clue what is going on in their site. Gave my availability for the week, turned up on day one, no supervisor to explain anything, only to be told after 4 hours, go home. Avoid like the plague. They will offer much, but deliver nothing. Other agencies are out there.

Not paying people now as on the verge of bankruptcy. AVOID

I'm currently a HGV driver at Tesco in Lichfield/Fradley for Staffline and since being there in November I have never had a full weeks work, my start times are constantly changed and worst of all they cancel your shift without any reasonable notice, for instance I was planned to start a shift at 0900 but at 2045 the night before they told me my shift has been cancelled giving me no time to source work elsewhere, Staffline believe that 2hrs notice to cancel a shift is acceptable and that they don't have to pay anything to you.

Booked me into induction 2 hours later than it started, the security didn't let me in, said I have to rebook. Not a phone call, no apologies from the agency for waisting my time. Don't want to work for them

Avoid this company at all costs. My partner applied for a job with them. She was called by a lady that said she was the best applicant out of the lot of them and her CV was great and they would be taking her on and for her to fill in all the appropriate forms and sent her ID. She spent awhile doing this, and then called the company as she hadn’t heard back as promised and was told the member of staff she was dealing with wasn’t in the office and that she would hear back, they had said she could start work straight away.

She then called again to find out what was happening and was put through to another couple of people who basically told her they were really sorry but they’ve taken someone else on. They gave no reason and totally went back on their word which has really affected my partners health today.

In a way I’m quite glad that she isn’t working for them now as it looks like she has dodged a bullet with the other awful reviews on here. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole that isn’t a way to treat your staff and don’t go promising people what you aren’t even prepared to follow through on. I may even seek legal advice on this through ACAS watch this space.

Never work for this company. No respect to workers. Terribly prepared payrolls. Most big companies use Staffline to find temporary workers for their dirty health risk roles. Avoid.

Recently I had a nice experience working with Staffline Universe Agency.
I applied for a job working as a Cabin Quality Supervisor at London Heathrow Airport T5.
I was recruited by Staffline and I was working for DHL.
All the agency staff were nice and friendly from the beginning till the end of my application and helped me with all the problems I had.
I would like to say thank you to Laura, Ashwini, Ash, Oana.
Unfortunately I have made the decision to no longer work for DHL but in the future I will definitely apply for another job that will suit me, if the opportunity arise.
How I said, this it was a nice experience for me working for DHL and Staffline, I met nice people and definitely I will recommend them. 10⭐

I worked with Staffline as an HGV driver, completing 30 shifts before Christmas. My experience started positively, but unfortunately, issues with my pay and communication have significantly marred my opinion of the agency.

On December 30th, I encountered a problem with my pay. Understanding the holiday period, I waited a week before reaching out via their web app, but my message went unanswered. My subsequent attempts to contact them on January 8th, 16th, and even as recently as February 2nd were equally fruitless, with my calls being ignored or declined.

Additionally, I sent a text message on the 16th, inquiring about how to use the holiday time I had accrued and seeking clarification on my December 30th pay issue, as well as asking about future work opportunities. Unfortunately, this message also went without a response.

As a professional driver, reliable communication and prompt payment are critical. Staffline's failure to address pay issues and their lack of response to multiple communication attempts have been deeply disappointing. It's disheartening to see such a lack of support and professionalism, especially after dedicating significant time and effort to my work with them.

I hope this feedback helps Staffline to improve their communication and pay handling processes in the future. Meanwhile, I would advise fellow professionals to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with this agency.
