Stag and Hen City Ltd 

So unprofessional and unresponsive. Lost £1000+ and hardly any response and communication from the company. Took since January to try and find an alternative package only to suddenly close their Facebook page and the login page on their website. Absolute disgrace - how has an administrator not been appointed yet and why is it taking so long to receive any further correspondence about OUR money that we’ve all paid.

Not even worthy of 1 star! Never received goods that were ordered for a hen party. Contacted and finally got a response after several attempts to ask if refund actioned. It was not! Requested but never heard back. Chased several times and never received a response.
VERY POOR SERVICE - AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This company is just a complete scam!!

They have taken over £3000 from me and my hen party of 17 ladies!
Booked in 2019 and was meant to be on Saturday (30th April 2022)
They emailed with 48hrs notice telling us they are seeking insolvency and that our event was cancelled!
No apology or refund, just blocked! Our venues confirmed no payments were received from them!! This isn’t the last they will hear from me! I’m happy to play the long game, seen as they like to play games!

Where is my money! Took £65 from each of us (party of 17) for a hen group booking scheduled for Saturday 7th May - only to be told now company is seeking insolvency advice and no bookings on our behalf were ever made with Dreamboys or Tipsy Afternoon tea! No communication, no offer of refund! Don't waste your money! Will be taking legal advice for compensation!

Asked for a refund many times as I had to change my wedding date and didn’t know if I was getting married. They told me no and made me book and pay in the middle of lock down just a random date for a hen do I didn’t know If I needed it. The reason why I had to pay because apparently they paid the afternoon tea and dream boys in full, which I have found out that’s not true. My 17 people paid in full a few days ago and now they are telling everyone not to turn up to any of the events. I have contacted the two places and have got a response from dream boys. They haven’t even paid anything and haven’t even booked the right date for my events. So they knew a while ago it wouldn’t go ahead. They even let my friend book a few days ago and happily took her money. They lied to me to get my money, I’m so angry. I have phoned over 100 times and no one answers and emailed many times nothing.
I want a full refund because I now need to pay for the dream boy tickets and I’m on maternity leave and have hardly no money. My hen do is on the 7th May and it’s probably not going ahead as they have taken my money and I can’t afford to repay for dream boy tickets.

Why can’t I get hold of anyone to get our money back? I have my friends hen Doo in less then 4 weeks & you have just emailed me to say it’s been cancelled as your company “has gone into solvency” but I can’t get hold of anyone to get my money back so I can rebook another hen Doo for my friend so what are we supposed to do now???

Total scammers, taken over 2 grand of our money for services booked to find out last night everything had been cancelled and nothing had ever been paid for. Disgusting behaviour, they knew what they were doing when 2 weeks ago rang asking for under occupancy fees and if we didn't pay by 5pm would be cancelled and they had someone waiting to take the booking, was these people that desperate for an extra 220 quid to then cancel it after, deserve to do prison for the thousands they will have scammed out of everyone. 😡🤬

Furious with this company. Have a hen party booked for august, in total me and the rest of the party have paid over £400! Found out this morning that apparently the company has gone bust and we are not able to attend or event! Only found this out as the hotel owner let me know that they’d emailed her however they didn’t even have the decency to get in touch with me directly. I want a full refund and will not stop until I get it. Judging by other reviews on here this company is just a complete and utter scam.

Please do not waste your time or money. Have cancelled our booking without any communication and no sign of ever getting our money back.

Please avoid and do not let this company keep getting away with it.

Disgrace of a company 2 days before we go you send a email saying you have gone under. No communication what's so ever I want a full refund.

DO NOT!! I repeat DO NOT!! Book anything with this company. We booked a hen for my sister in law but unfortunately COVID hit and we couldn’t go due to the lockdown, we rearranged the booking but the restrictions still hadn’t been lifted by this date so we were advised to place our booking into postponement mode and to reschedule when restrictions lifted, we did this. We have been trying to reschedule since the end of last summer for the first weekend in April as the wedding is taking place at the end of April. When we did manage to speak to someone we were told that would be fine and someone would be in touch to confirm…we are still waiting. Now they have just stopped answering our calls and emails, I commented on their fb posts for them only to delete the comments, no messages or anything from them and they have also blocked us on Facebook so we can’t message them on messenger. There customer service is none existent and once they have your money they are no longer interested in speaking to you!!

Had a fantastic time for my friends hen day/night, very well organised from start to finish, would recommend this company.

Cannot thank this company enough! My sister in law booked my hen do with you for last weekend (26th March) and it was faultless from start to finish! The Bollywood dancing was hilarious including the teacher! The food was amazing and the club just topped it all! The drinks were flowing and all the hens had the best night. Loved every second of the weekend and highly recommend! Thank you so much

Cant thank this compnay enough. From start to finish we had the best time. All the hens and bride smiled the whole day. Bollywood dance class was such a great experience. Then hit the clubs and the drinks were flowing thanks to this amazing company.

This company is an absolute disgrace! Do NOT book anything with them! I made a booking almost a year ago and only in the last couple of weeks have i been able to get in contact with anyone, I was told the hotel we would be staying in and from previous experience and living within the area of that hotel it is definitely not suitable as it is filled with party people off theyre faces on drugs 24.7, when I asked for suitable accommodation I was told that it would be looked into but not guaranteed even tho this is 6 months before the hen & told that I've to ask the hen party for extra money also after paying all money for a package, only to be ignored for weeks on end no reply to emails no answering the phone or messenger and when I finally got through I was told that 'it doesn't take 2 minutes yano' in the most unprofessional way, tho hence why I've been asking for months for it to be dealt with, and still no better off was told if I cancel I won't be entitled to a refund! Well let me tell you I certainly will as this is an utter disgrace & complete false advertisement! No professionalism at all! Worse company I've ever worked with!! I will be contacting trading standards!!

To the reply that I have been given from yourselves, awful quick to get back in touch to deal with a bad review but can't do the job that you advertise, am I a liar then too? My attitude is far from aggressive trust me but when your being messed about by a company for over a year its hard not to get annoyed! And as I stated on the phone the hen group I had booked wasn't your average hen group I told yourselves that they were quiet people who half the group don't even drink hence why I asked not to be placed in a complete mad house, I live near the hotel I can clearly see what goes on and the kind of people that be in it! Instead of calling myself a liar maybe if the company done what it's supposed to there wouldn't be so many bad reviews on this! Any replies please send it back to my several emails I have sent to you. there is no justifying that this is a very unprofessional company and I aswell as several other people are so disappointed and everyone is down money absolute disgrace!

I've been trying to sort out my hen party for ages now and I'm having no luck with any communication from you guys, I can't believe how bad this is our final monies are due end of April and I can't even add the names onto the party.

I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately this is not an option.
I had my hen do booked for April 2020 which had to be cancelled due to covid. I requested a refund. Since then we've had numerous emails, phonecalls and messages which has resulted in 4 of my party receiving a refund and none of the others. They are refusing to return calls, reply to emails or messages. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
