Recently had dealings with this company & can’t rave about how good they were enough. From start to finish they organised everything and we had an amazing time.

Don’t trust this company, they tell lies and block you on social media if you trouble them to much. They don’t know what customer care is all they are bothered about is money money money money, keep clear of this amateur business.

From start to finish Stag hen city have been amazing through a difficult time. Rebooked for next year with an even better deal and these guys are always there to answer any questions we had

We were meant to go to Newcastle for my sister's hen do on 27th march and knowing that it wouldn't go ahead due to covid my sister cancelled on 17th march. Although lockdown wasn't officially announced at this time,the government were urging people to practice social distancing, and to avoid unnecessary travel and it was well known to everyone that lockdown was mere days away. I think it is disgusting that the company are refusing to give us a refund for this event based on a technicality when this event would not have went ahead anyway. Brides are stressed enough during this time and having to reschedule weddings more than once. I would urge everyone to avoid using this company as they have zero compassion.

"So, second, now is the time for everyone to stop non-essential contact with others and to stop all unnecessary travel.

We need people to start working from home where they possibly can. And you should avoid pubs, clubs, theatres and other such social venues". A direct quote from the prime minister on 16th march. Unless this company feel like it is ok for customers to breach government advice and travel from Scotland to England for an event based primarily in pubs/clubs?

Very disappointed that some companies can treat people this way. Postponed my hen do event which was scheduled to take place during lockdown.. Was told no refunds, i could only postpone. My wedding has been rescheduled twice since and I will no longer be having this hen do however I am seemingly not entitled to a refund despite the current situation with covid?!

Edit - i postponed 3 days before everything shut as it was well known that lockdown was about to happen. I was told i could postpone date but no refund would be given. Now i am expected to have a hen do AFTER my wedding?! Or lose out on over a thousand pounds, gutted to say the least.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Terrible company when it comes to refunds or any negativity towards them. Blocked me from the Facebook page after leaving a negative comment and now blocked from sending private messages regarding our refund. No response to emails when asked repeatedly for a refund. Our event was cancelled due to COVID and we are owed nearly £300. Have been battling on since May with empty promises and still no refund. Awful customer service.

I will edit on the basis of their reply:- The refund has NOT taken two days longer than planned, the event was due to take place in May, it was cancelled due to a global pandemic and going into lockdown in March. YOU told us you would change the dates after we already requested a refund.

The email just sent to the lead booker is disgusting and rude for simply asking for a refund due to cancellation which was out of our hands.

In the middle of a global pandemic, and won’t give refunds. Gov guide lines not been followed. Would be happy to loose the deposit but still not willing to give the remaining funds. AVOID! Left us with no choice but to book the year after to celebrate nothing as we would all loose out

Previous review "reported"! Wasn't aware that only positive reviews were acceptable.
"Satisfied with outcome"? Satisfied that our money was eventually returned, after unnecessary stress had been caused.

Absolutely awful, after several conversations with the rep about our hen party booking, Due to covid and the initial threat of pubs/clubs closing and lockdown we were told that it was all still going ahead and that we had the chance of postponing the event and no refunds would be offered. We stated to them that the terms of their policy states that in the event of major incidents they would fully refund, they have gone against this. We wanted and asked for a refund!. They told us they would only postpone for another date after the wedding. Who does a hen party after the wedding !!!
Then we went to lockdown and got told that because it was within the six week period that we would have attended there was no option at all of a refund and would lose all money paid.
I tried to contact them and still no reply to my message. The only messages they are replying to is the nice ones. Hate companies like this and will do everything to destroy them. Absolutely livid that there are people out there like this and yet others risk their lives to help/save people. Ill earn my wage helping people (nhs) hope you feel satisfied you have peoples funds in your pocket that need it right now

Despite the boat party and night club being closed and the hotel refunding hen and staff do they are keeping our money despite the governments advice !!

We had a lovely weekend the cocktail makes no in Revs was made even better but the young lady who was our hostess.. thank u

The weekend was great and the package was excellent. Would definitely recommend the cocktail masterclass as it was great fun and you get so much for your money. Thanks to hen and stag city for organising the weekend

Fantastic hen service. The staff were friendly and happy to answer any queries we had. Personally found that having a central place for everyone to make their payments etc was a godsend. Really enjoyed our night and would happily recommend StagandHenCity.

I booked the cocktail masterclass & 2 course meal for my sister's Hen Do & we had the best time!! The staff were so friendly & funny, joining in with our group & the meal was lovely, cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommended this & use again for any future hen parties that may be booked 👍

Hen weekend 06/07/2018 It’s only good points were being able to pay as and when you can. We booked for Newcastle and ended up in a hotel in Gateshead 5.3 miles away which made it expensive in taxis back and forth. several of us put complaints in via the page they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply!!!! It included dream boys which was up a dirty alley in Newcastle the place was filthy, no air con and a fire hazard as they crammed us in!!! I felt faint and after asking for air con I got the ripped off end of a cardboard box!!! Could not wait to get out! This package also included free entry to a night club but had to be before 11, ain’t every night club free before 11pm ? 👎🏼 I shall never recommend this company or go with them ever again. RIP off!!!

They lie over the phone and once it's all paid for you finally get in an email what you are actually getting.

Constant harrassment from this company and when I reviewed them they denied that I had ever used their company!
