Stag and Hen City Ltd 

Stag and hen have been truly fantastic. I had to change our party 3 times due to covid. When I got hold of them they were so helpful and couldn't do enough to change the date. We went to milton keynes and had the tipsy tea which was magnificent. I highly recommend this company to take away all your stress of organising something.

Wouldn't even give one star. Emailed back in April to get a refund. Have had no response since. They've lied and told other people I havent replied to them, pretty sure discussing my booking is a breech of GDPR. And now denying all knowledge of my booking to previous review.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. absolute shambles of a company!
I have now been blocked on Facebook messenger as they're unable to provide evidence.

Just too add. No threats. No abuse. No point emailing as no reply. Have now reported to trading standards.

Asked and asked for a refund for our booking to be continuously fobbed off as it couldn't go ahead. Still awaiting a refund now and the event was meant to be in April. Party leader has tried. I (the bride to be) have tried and just constantly get fobbed off. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

UPDATE: The Facebook platform have just now also BLOCKED myself and my group leader after repeatedly requesting she contacted them. So when do we get our refunds?

UPDATE 2. If anyone would like to see a copy or correspondence then I have all relevant screenshots available to send you. I can easily prove their was no harrasing or abusive messages in the slightest. If I could attach images I would. It's not in mine or Jennifer's nature.

Do NOT book with these people! They are awful! I got pinged by the COVID 19 ap as a contact and was told to isolate. The hen took place the weekend before the restrictions changed, and I got pinged two days before the hen. When I rang the company they were resolut they did not care and there would be no refund. The COVID situation is a mess, but I would strongly advise against any interaction with this company, they are horrible to deal with, they have a responsibility to government guidelines too and they don't care, I asked about even a partial refund and got told no. When I asked if I should just attend and ignore the NHS ap they told me that was at my own discretion, (which I would never do!) so do not expect any protection or reassurance from them. I have lost almost £300, they are absolute jokers. I later emailed them (that day, two days before the hen) and just got fobbed off to ask travel insurance. Stay away from this company. I wrote this review before the hen and posted it, but then took it down out of fear the company would penalise my friends during the weekend over it, trip advisor did not remove the review, and the company denying the calls and what was said is a further part of my complaint, do not spend your money with this awful company!

Top company! Used these guys 3 times now and they always get back to you straight away and nothing is too much trouble. I don't think these guys sleep!!

Really happy with everything they have done for us, even though we have been a nightmare group. But they even called me back late at night when I requested them to and went through everything for over an hour with me! All sorted and looking forward to our hen party at last!!!

This is an amended review as we have actually had refunds back now, after putting a bad review online it finally made the company listen and then help. They have asked me to amend my review so I will as that seems only fair. Refunds for a hen party we could not go on due to covid restrictions have finally been issued 4 months after asking. Obviously we are all thrilled as we didn’t like being out of pocket for something we didn’t have. This company obviously need business now as everyone does after covid. So my experience is that we are now satisfied we got the correct outcome, but it shouldn’t have taken so long or been so difficult. I hope they learn from this that customer service is so important and yes it would have taken time to go through and refund everyone and we were all prepared to wait had we been told that. I wish them well in the future as I’m sure it’s been a rough year, just remember customers service!

My hen party organised and booked a hen weekend for myself. Due to COVID my wedding was postponed and then eventually cancelled.

My whole hen party have been requesting their money back of which they have not responded. My group leader has tried multiple times to contact them and get refunds of which they have either replied stating we have until 2022 to book again or have point blank ignored her and now they have deleted our “log in” on their website.

I myself commented on their Facebook and messaged them and have been blocked on social media.

My party are now having to seek legal advice in order to get their money back.

I booked a hen do for my sister last year. During the booking stage the team were professional, helpful and helped me to book a weekend of fun for my sister and friends. Then the pandemic hit and we had to postpone. Again, the team were helpful, answered all questions (and there were many!) And nothing was too much trouble for them. Although our booking hasn't taken place due to the lockdown, I would 100% recommend the team and I would definitely use them in future. Nothing was too much trouble and I just want to say thank you! xx

Avoid this company like the plague. The only thing they are interested in is money. When things don’t go there way they ignore emails, ignore phone calls and block you on messenger.

Alike many people, the event in question was cancelled due to covid restrictions and later went on to become postponed. However, in this time the the bride and groom separated therefore, we asked for a refund to later be told all money paid was now in the form of a credit note and was non refundable. At no point was this information shared with myself or the ‘Party host’ in any email or correspondence. Therefore, we were told we would not be eligible for a refund.

Overall, I found their little response to be abrupt and unhelpful therefore, I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Edit: Unsurprisingly, Stag and Hen City attempted to flag this review as a “false experience” in a attempt to remove the review. Unfortunately for them, my experience is very much verified and my review will remain 👍🏽

As with other reviews, we were unable to have a refund despite the hen party being postponed due to covid restrictions. We were offered a credit note that is now unable to be used until after the wedding takes place and were then told that a hen and a wedding aren't linked.
Brides have been through hell during covid with their weddings being cancelled and their dreams being crushed, a little compassion and the offer of a refund or even partial refund would be the decent thing to do as I'm sure the company will have been receiving government payouts for their losses. Oh and being threatened with legal action over a poor review is always a nice touch 👍🏻
And then a comment saying my statement is inaccurate which also is untrue 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you need a Stag or Hen Party throwing - these are the people for you!

Fantastic stress free experience, very friendly and helpful would recommend to anyone as it is a pain trying to organise stag doos. Would not try to do it myself again will just go back to here

Recently got married in September, and used Stag and Hen City for our final fling, despite Covid I found them to be very professional and allowed us to have a safe and fun experience. Thank you guys ✌️😎✌️

They took the stress away from having to sort out my stag do when it's stressful enough planning a wedding! Easy to communicate with and a great experience.... will be recommending Stage and Hen to my mates when they tie the knot.

Used these guys for a stag do in Ibiza. Service was great and the accommodation, flights and activities they set up were perfect for the group. I was apprehensive about using a company to set up this type of break but I’m glad I did and can thoroughly recommend.
The range of things they offered was massive and the communication was great throughout.
I will definitely use them again.
