We ordered large amount of oak hand and base rails veneered cladding etc
I was delivered in 3 days and packaged very well
Tje marerails was very good standard
And our client is very happy with finished product definitely order with these again

Excellent Products and Customer…

Excellent Products and Customer Service. We ordered handrails and balustrade for our new build house. All the products were excellent. One piece was the wrong colour and was replaced instantly without any shipping costs.

I had issues with the quality of the…cushion corners and wall bead

I had issues with the quality of the product in my original order.Following this it was difficult to resolve the issue with customer services but I accept that the delay over the bank holiday didn’t help. However in the end Simon in customer services was very helpful and speedy in providing me with some short lengths so that I could complete my project. I think a slight improvement in the speed of communications would improve things.

The stair parts are very good quality

The stair parts are very good quality. The face veneers of the oak newels are so much thicker that other suppliers. This allows things like chamfering to be applied with greater depth.
Handrails and baseplates are very good quality too. Unlike other laminated handrails the joins are sensibly hidden.
