These guys rock. They get it. Look after the customer and they will be your best advocate.
I have had two Starks. Easily the best motorbikes I have every owned. Gives me 3 to 4 hours of technical enduro riding.
Have dealt with support a few times. They have been fantastic. Sorted out everything. Great communication, even though I know they are under the pump with volumes. A nice problem, it means they are very successful.
Shout out to Leonardo for his understanding and going beyond normal support expectations...

Super awesome bike. Best I’ve ever had but cmon it’s a multi million dollar company with no customer service call line… updated my phone and then it won’t connect to my bike now. Was supposed to race this weekend but I don’t have a functioning bike to ride. What a way to start the season with paid entry fees and no seat time. Only complaint is customer service

Over the last several months I was growing increasingly frustrated with the buying and delivery process that I had put a deposit on back in Oct 2025. When the delivery dates came and went, my frustration started turning into regret. I decided to contact Stark and found that communication with them was actually pretty good... if you reach out. My support rep "Leonardo" was transparent about what was going on and has frequently updated/checked back with me without having to email him for updates. I'll admit this process has been a roller coaster, but with Leonardo's communication/updates, I feel good about my decision purchasing the SM and I'm excited to have it in my driveway.

This is the first time I've seen a bike with such a warranty and a company with such good service.
Extending the warranty on my Stark was the best decision I made.
Even for small things on the bike like a "broken footrest" they react instantly and send me a spare part at their expense.
I'm very satisfied and I keep recommending Stark to all my friends and those who meet me in the woods and ask about it. :)
Some of them already have their own.

Mark Vargus is a beauty. Huge help and very responsive in getting my wallet sorted.
The bike could use a few things.
1)The handle at the back of the seat is sharp and hurts your hand. I think the edge could be rounded without any downside.
2) Crawl mode prevents the bike from rolling back. I'd like to have that in a mode for climbing hills - and have the down button release it or something. An option to turn it on or off in the programming. The freewheeling backward is wild.
3) The ex rear light should be removable rather than in one giant integrated piece. Within 15hrs, the plate holder section is cracked. I'd like to preserve the light and just take it off.
4) Replacement skid plate, foam and rotor protectors aren't on the website. I'm sure my dealer could order them, but I think they should be easily found online under "Protection".
5) My fork tops out sometimes. I haven't adjusted the settings to try and prevent it yet, but it's all stock and probably shouldn't do that.
6) The phone maps - everyone I ride with tracks their ride and often uses that track to find the trail or measure how close we are to other trails we've ridden in the past. A feature like Gaia. If you ride hard enduro, the lap timing stuff is useless. I just want to track myself.
7) I think the bike is unbelievably premium feeling. Two places it could be more so - bullet throttle housing and bar ends. The bike will get dropped. No sense in fragile pieces on the bars or grips that get torn first ride.
8) The website video on taking off the plastics - it's missing 4 bolts for the ex. I figured it out, but the video needs an update or a second one for the ex.
9) Phone volume. It's preset to be as loud as possible. I can't figure out how to change that. Once it turns off, the default is full volume again. No bueno.
10) The hoodies are too expensive. I'd like a Stark Future mat to toss on the ground for changing on.
A hell of a bike. So happy to be riding one this year for the race season!

My experience with Stark support over the past two years has been consistently excellent. Every time I needed assistance, the team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with.
The only downside is the response time — replies usually come after about 24 hours, which can feel a bit slow when you need quick support.
Overall though, very positive experience and great customer service.

STARK FUTURE is a very good and reliable supplier of electric motorcycles. Stark Varg motorcycles are innovative, very well-made, and open up new horizons in the automotive industry. Their after-sales service is very efficient; I was a bit worried about this, but I've had good experiences and know that their complaints handling system works very well. I had a problem with a charger, and within a week of submitting my complaint, I had a new device at home. I can confidently recommend this manufacturer, their motorcycles, and their after-sales service.

I reached out to Stark as I was having trouble getting the Pro settings to work. Mark V was very helpful, work with his IT team to come up with a fix. Within three days they had a fix to try and it worked perfectly! I know have access to all of the settings and navigation.

After the delivery of a Varg damaged in transit, the technical service was very efficient in handling the replacement under warranty. Thank you to Stark and Carlos for your support.

I purchased my 2024 Stark Varg Alpha MX in April 2025, and I truly love the bike—when it works. Unfortunately, reliability has been a significant challenge.
Shortly after the 60-day mark, both of the patented Stark inner tubes failed. Despite being extremely diligent with tire pressure, I was initially blamed for improper inflation, with little assistance provided. I ended up purchasing and installing standard tubes myself. Even then, performance has remained inconsistent.
I frequently bring the Varg to the track alongside my 2024 Yamaha YZ450F and prefer to alternate between the two during practice motos. Sadly, the Stark has failed to connect or start on more than a quarter of those occasions.
Hoping for a better experience, I took only the Varg to the Budds Creek Pro National, where I was camping for the weekend. It refused to work at all. After thorough diagnostics, I identified a failed docking station. Stark promptly sent a replacement under warranty, which functioned well for roughly three rides before connectivity issues returned—often indicated by a solid red light. The bike would frequently fail to connect one day, only to work perfectly the next.
Most recently, after a trouble-free moto on March 29, 2026, the bike displayed three red flashes and would not engage. Following several weeks of support interactions and a remote diagnostic session, Stark determined that the battery needs replacement. Notably, their policy has changed: they no longer ship warranty battery replacements directly to customers. Instead, I must deliver the bike to an authorized dealer. The closest one is a one-hour drive from my home.
For context, I had successfully handled a similar battery replacement for a friend’s 2023 Varg Alpha just six months earlier, when direct shipping was still available.
My primary frustration stems from the support process itself, which often requires at least 24 hours to receive a response to even a single question. I will be dropping the bike off on April 18, 2026, for the dealer battery replacement. The dealer has already warned me that it could take 1–4 weeks, as the battery must be sourced from Spain.
To be clear, this is not intended as a negative review—simply an honest account of my real-world experience with the Stark Varg Alpha MX.
