Unfortunately I never received my order…

Unfortunately I never received my order from Starluck Flowers servicing Middletown NY. I ordered 2 floral arrangements to be delivered to the Hospital (Garnet Health) in Middletown and was sent an email saying the orders were received and were being filled for delivery. I also checked and saw that I was charged for both arrangements on my credit card. I tried to track the delivery of my order but the link never worked. I had not heard from my friend that she received the flower arrangements so I called the phone number on Starluck Flowers website. I was told my ordered had been cancelled since they can't delivery to the address I provided and I was sent an email yesterday stating that fact. I told the woman I never received a cancellation email for either order and my credit card was charged the full amount for both arrangements. She told me that a refund was already issued, which I was angry about even being charged in the first place if you are not going to deliver and cancel my order. I also told her I found it hard to believe they couldn't deliver flowers to a hospital and that it should be stated as such on their website. After I hung the phone I was issued an email stating my orders were cancelled. I was very disappointed as my friend should have received well wishes from us as she was recovering in the hospital and I didn't get them to her. I am very disappointed in how this was handled. Don't believe the 5 star reviews they boast about on their website. My suggestion: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am still waiting for my refund.

I had to give it one star to write a review.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with any retailer in my life. Ordered, but not delivered and cancelled without my knowledge.
No notification. Buy a handful of flowers at your local grocery store. . .it will be much better than this.

Great experience

Great experience! Patrick personally called me and verified all the information and was very helpful. He was great and very kind. Even knew about the Northern Neck. Would highly recommend them for all your flower needs

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. Stay far away from this company.

They canceled my order and still haven’t refunded my money. I’ve sent countless emails back and forth, and all I’ve gotten are excuses, delays, and absolutely no resolution. It’s ridiculous that I have to chase a company just to get back money that should have been refunded the moment they canceled my order.

I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional customer service. Based on my experience, this company should not be in business. They have no problem taking your money, but when it’s time to give it back, they suddenly disappear.

Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company. I wish I had read reviews before ordering because I never would have given them my business. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I t was my daughter's 32nd birthday and SCAMmEf!! birthday

It was my daughter's 32nd birthday. She lives out-of-state. So I googled local florals, and they were the first on Google and had a plethora of flowers and the price was pretty good, so I called the fraudulent scammer with very poor english i recall. , and it was a man that. And I gave him my order. It came to $71.34. And he said he could get him to her in 4 hours. And then I tracked the purchase, as he mentioned, and it wouldn't work. And then
I had an email saying that my card would be refunded within 5/10 ten days.And that my daughter's home was too far away
I have the email at the phone and the proof who do I talk to.
Since they tried to debit my account, I had to reissue all my cards and file a complaint in a police report. I hope they get these guys. This is so horrible. I have never felt so violated, and on my daughter's birthday. I haven't this happen and not being with her. And being at a state was absolutely horrifying, and they blamed it on my banks policy's for.Keeping the money, but they said it would be within a few hours.Maybe even before they hung up the phone, and then I could not find or get a working number after that.This is such fraud, and they sound like they're from a different country.They have very poor english. I should have known.,after googling, the company and finding out that there have been many, many, many scammed from the online, so-called store scamming other people. How are they even on google?How does this happen?So many scam apps out there.

Starluck’s representative told me she…

Starluck’s representative told me she was in the town where the flowers would be sent. Promised delivery that morning. Payment was initially declined with a note “Is this an action you authorized?” A new red flag! Do not use this service. I’m still waiting for that refund! Hard to explain why flowers didn’t get to a family funeral!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered flowers and when they were never delivered I call to find out why to only be told the order was canceled on their end because they could not find a florist to deliver them. They said they would issue a full refund to me. It has been 45 days multiple phone calls and numerous emails and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

We would like to address your review regarding the cancellation of your How Sweet It Is order. This order had to be canceled because it could not be fulfilled within the required same-day delivery window due to local florist routing schedules and cutoff limits for the day.

Our rule when same-day fulfillment is unavailable is to issue an immediate cancellation and release the payment back to your account. Our priority in doing so is to ensure you are not left waiting, allowing you to seek alternative options with another florist so your plans are not disrupted.

Since the transaction was fully processed and released on our end immediately following the cancellation, the remaining timeline depends entirely on standard banking procedures.
