StarNow Reviews

I have been with Starnow for about two years. It is a great platform and helps me get connected to not only people with the same dreams and aspirations but also with great casting professionals with whom I can network with.
The staff is incredible and always cater to your needs and complaints in a timely fashion.
I highly recommend Starnow

I joined StarNow about 4 years ago and it is a fantastic website! I have found hundreds of opportunities over the years - all of which are vetted thoroughly by the StarNow Team. I have found a variety of acting work through StarNow from modelling through to working on training videos but more importantly, being a member of StarNow has given me the confidence to go even further with my acting career. I now have a professional Agent and I have made many friends. The best thing of all is that because I joined StarNow all those years ago, I have finally done extra work on the iconic Australian soap - Neighbours! Thank you StarNow.

Recently I created a casting call and was really impressed with the process and what a response. Highly recommend StarNow as a top site for creative artist. Thanks guys

Robert

I have had a fantastic experience with Star Now. They are very quick to respond to emails and applications for advertisments are almost immediate. Would highly reccomend Star Now.

I’ve been a member of StarNow for years now, and the platform has been invaluable to not only casting and audition searches, but networking as well.
The staff are always attentive and helpful as well, with a personal touch that can be hard to find in this ultra-busy world we live in.

Kudos folks, love it!

I am extremely greatful and pleased with starnow because I am an 11 year old girl who lives in Birmingham and my dram has to become a child actress. However, I never thought I could because I wear a hijab and when I asked my parents they said well none if the auditions were close to home and that I wear a hijab so hardly anyone would cast that. Don’t get me wrong I love my parents and they love me but they didn’t think there would be an audition allowing someone who wears hijab to cast. Starnow welcomes all ethnicity’s and diversity ,race and religion thanks for reading and thanks starnow for your never ending support and how you answered my emails.

StarNow staff are excellent. Very dedicated team who are very thorough when reviewing posting.

Very easy and straight forward application process.highly recommended.

We use StarNow to list all our castings - it's easy and free. It's slightly basic, but it gives us all the tools we need at the initial casting stage, and for a price of zero dollars to put up and manage listings, it's an invaluable tool for the indy film maker.

As a sidenote, I've also been using StarNow from the "other side" as an actor and am very happy with it there as well.

I had no trouble putting a casting ad up on StarNow, it was a very easy process that put me in touch with some great actors.

Alexis was very helpful and friendly, and replied very fast when I needed anything!

StarNow has helped me by giving me so many opportunities I never thought possible! StarNow is a great place to be connected to awesome casting professionals & great projects. It is a safe environment that lets you explore all your dreams!

Loving StarNow, I am currently in pre-production for a short film. StarNow helped my crew and I make a listing for the film and we now have more applicants than we could have imagined.
Thus far the platform is awesome. I totally recommend. The admin are super supportive and easy to contact and will help you to make the best possible ad to find your ideal actor/s.
Give it a go!

This is an excellent platform for anyone looking to connect with fellow creatives. Someone mentioned “Star Now” at one of my first volunteer photoshoots, and at that time I was unaware what it was. Since that time, I’ve joined and have built my own network and now make a part-time weekly wage as a model. It sounds cheesy and like a sentence from an infomercial but “I couldn’t have done it without Star Now”. It’s very low cost, and many jobs feature on a daily basis. User-friendly, easy and no fuss.

Really good system. Needed a few extras and had 100 people apply within 48 hours.

Top Shelf!! Most Of My Work As An Actor Up to This Point Of My Journey, are Thanks To StarNow!! You Guys Rock!!

Over the past several years Starnow has been an integral part of my acting and modeling career allowing me to experience and apply for work opportunities on a regular basis. Without which I'd be doing a whole lot less than I am and I find it an excellent way to supplement my income and grow my professional network.
I've seen Starnow evolve over the years by taking on higher level productions and becoming an influential casting foothold in the entertainment industry.
Keep up the great work Starnow and thanks for letting me kick goals!

StarNow is easy to use and to set up. The staff are friendly and helpful and can guide you along the way if you get stuck. They respond swiftly to emails and send out newsletters keeping the members up to date on events, promotions and information.

From StarNow to Hollywood! No kidding.
I auditioned for a role through StarNow for the American Production 'Dead Squad'. I got the role, and they flew us over to Bali to shoot the feature film, which was amazing! The film has now been signed off for distribution in LA and on VOD, and I'll be flying over for the red carpet premiere in Hollywood this coming October!
Awesome platform.

Starnow has failed to removed a member's profile, despite her having falsely represented herself on their website, falsely credited herself for work she never did, stole the petty cash that does not belong to her (rendering her a thief), not to mention being completely unprofessional by not doing the work she had falsely said she was doing, and pulling out of the project 12 hours before it's due to begin. Starnow has failed to protect their users from this person's unscrupulous actions via their platform by not removing her profile. A website that is not to be trusted to do the best thing by the users. Only giving them one star because I can't give them zero stars. Shame on you Starnow.
