Styling and Customer Care both failed twice

Bottom line: styling and customer care both failed twice. Disappointment aLL around.
Stately stylists don’t listen. I clearly said, “I have enough jeans, let’s not do jeans” and “I’m tall and slim and have added my dimensions to the portal.” I received jeans in my box as well as tops cut for a heavy-set body. Styling failed.
Stately call reps don’t listen. After returning my box and 2 phone calls regarding both fit and timeframe, Stately twice assured me the replacement box would ship 2-day express since I had a trip planned. This was a fair remedy to the styling fails. Alas, the UPS tracking label was for 10 day service. I will not receive my box. Customer care failed.

Update, at Stately’s Request: Ongoing failure. It has been a month and I have not received the promised $533 refund. Now I have to open a claim with my credit card, wasting more of my time. I have never experienced such gaslighting. I’m so annoyed.

I'm one of those kinds of guys that hates shopping. When I finally do drag myself, I go to the same place and buy the same boring styles. Stately has ended those boring and drab days. I recently had a much too small coat sent; I returned it and specified what was wrong and my stylist found a perfect replacement. Returning the item was easy and convenient.

Value is simply not there

I tried the service out because I hate to shop, am not very stylish and thought this would broaden my pallet and make life a little easier.

The concierges are quite friendly but the value simply is not there. Both orders were sized incorrectly and I had to pay a fee to swap items, there are no returns.

IMO most people would be much better served by going to a retail men's clothing store and asking a sales person for help.

Great Service and Value!

I started to use Stately because I wanted to freshen up my style after losing a good deal of weight. This box was my second one from then and my Stylist Jaz really did a fantastic job. Any issues I had with the first box (mainly the fact that it lacked color) we addressed and corrected with this one. Only one item needed to be exchanged and that was do to it being a bit snug. I am looking forward to seeing what Jaz picks out for the next one!

Not a fashion guy but Stately delivered!!

I’m not into fashion at all and tend to wear joggers and hoodies daily. I came across Stately to try and add some style to my wardrobe for weekends, evenings out and work. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up so I signed up for the presidential box to ensure I get a variety of items to see what I liked and didn’t like. They have a very user friendly platform to fill out your style profile, add pictures of what you like and don’t like. I spent time on this to avoid receiving items I might not enjoy as much. I patiently waited for my first box to arrive and when it did, I was more than impressed. My stylist couldn’t have picked better items for me. The style, the colors, the fit, were all perfect. There were items in there that I previously wouldn’t have even thought to wear, however when I put them on I immediately felt more confident in my image. Stately did an amazing job and I can’t wait to see what’s in my next box. Highly recommend Stately for all that are looking to add style, wardrobe options or like me, having no clue about fashion and trusting the amazing team at Stately.

Extremely value

Easy to use, clothing is excellent returns are easy my stylist has been on point for me, customer service is excellent the value is excellent and I get compliments on how good
my clothing choices look … I’ve received 3 boxes and my wardrobe is filling up nicely so much so that I switched to the top tier presidential box…. Looking forward to my next box it’s so much easier than going to a department store and suffering … it’s a no brainer
