Great service and high quality brands, I feel…

I feel the brands that they’ve supplied have been top-notch and not your usual low level clothing brands that other services I’ve tried sent me. My wardrobe has been upgraded tremendously as a result of Stately which I plan to continue for quite some time. The quality of the clothing and shoes have been extremely good. They’ve introduced me to new brands that I’d never heard of but now love. Excellent value for the price!

Bad bad experience…

Bad experience...stylist didn't take my styling answers into consideration when creating my box. Almost $400 charge...And the clothes fit was way off. With a bad experience, they will not offer any refund options, and do not allow refunds. Unfortunately, I had to threaten a charge back and bad reviews before they finally allowed my return. It should never go this far... Stately, that is extremely poor customer service!!!
***Regarding their typical review response! Telling a customer you only allow one item exchange, and no refunds EVER, for a customer is just bad business. You'll keep losing new customers. They try to keep you locked into their subscription service. No way to actually cancel, only skipping or pause for next months delivery.
I don't recommend signing up until they make some changes.

Easy to start, bit of a wait

It was relatively easy though slightly overwhelming at first to set up but once I got through my style preferences, all I had to do was wait for the box to arrive. It took a lot longer than I thought it would arrive and I was impressed with the clothing and the fit was great. Unfortunately the shoes don’t fit so I had to decline them and exchange for a sweater which was much better. I wish I could wear thinner shoe but my feet are too wide and they can’t accommodate my size. But customer service was easy to contact and they make it easy to exchange, I’m eager for more boxes and hope to keep it going throughout the year. I might even bump up to a higher plan.
