Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered two “zen nest” hammock swings, for $180! So stretchy that the kids just drop to the floor when in them. Currently refusing a refund and continual AI responses. Absolute rubbish products

TOTAL SCAM!!! The item I received was clearly a fake and cheap version, totally lying on the description on their product. I tried to get a refund but was only getting emails back clearly written by AI, so you're pretty much talking to a wall.

Don’t know how they’ve managed it but I have a UK Royal Mail tracking number that legitimately works but the parcel has been on a 48hour delivery for 4 weeks. Asked ‘Sara’ to consider the delivery lost in transit but she won’t. Only cost £30, most people probably just let it go and that’s how they get away with it.

I would give zero if I could. Order was poor quality, poorly sized and the returns procedures are terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute SCAM website.
Paid for insurance shipping as well as $120 for lights.
All items damaged. All items cheap.
They accepted my replacement/refund request then proceeded to avoid action over 10 weeks of auto generated emails to me. Finally sent 2! replacements, both wrong colour/finish & both damaged. Do not buy from these scamsters.

This is an awful site. Awful products. I ordered a coat for my husband that was way too small for even a child. Several emails back and forth to try and return it. Continuously offered part exchange when I just wanted a full refund and then to be told that I was outside the return period. Scandless. The coat was not even good quality and no good to anyone. Good money wasted. Don’t buy from this site 😡

I’d give zero stars if I could. Scammers! Beware! You might get a product, but it will be faulty, they will offer you a percentage of the cost as a refund and they will make returning the product for a full refund impossible. STATE OF STEAL is a more appropriate name

This business is horrendous and totally untrustworthy. I ordered two flip pans and received only one. I also paid for a security box to have the pans delivered in and the parcel arrived in a plastic bag.
After contacting them regarding the non-delivery of my item and providing them with all the evidence of my purchase, getting a refund was impossible. They ended up asking me for a copy of the shipping slip! To all of you out there, stay away from this scam business. They are low-life’s who give you inferior products and who definitely have ‘no style’. A zero rating would be well deserved.

Delivery arrived late too late tried to return just kept emailing back offering part refund or pay costs to return to china item is awful once arrived just put in charity shop and excepted £12.99 refund from £49.99 purchase terrible company don’t buy from them sxxt

Recieved the completely wrong item. Sent a complaint with images and proof of purchases and they replied back saying it appears I received the correct item which I clearly did not. Amazing that this site is still operating.

Scam site - absolute fraud. Send horrid quality products that are marketed deceptively and aren’t worth getting even if free.

Refunds are impossible even when you follow the returns process and return the products at your own expense. They simply claim the products are held up at Customs whilst they deliberately fail to cooperate in accepting the returned product.

High dishonest seller that gives Chinese companies a bad name and should be shut down by the PRC government.

The worst quality ever, and the size is triple.
And when I try to return it, that's where the hassle begins. It’s impossible

If there was an option for Zero stars!! I would have given it to them! I ordered a dress over two months ago! I kept following up and the only response i was getting was apologies for the delay, we will let you know when we have more information. I just sent another email and received a response saying ohhh your item is out of stock?!!… before it was shipped over two months ago and no it is out of stock!! I am still trying to get my refund and nothing yet!! I started to believe that they are scamming people!

I ordered what I thought was a stained glass horse light, which looked beautiful in the advertisements and I paid something like $85-
I was so excited at the picture, I didn't think to check first about the company I was buying from. I found out how scammed I was when I received the actual product. The picture is 5 times different from what I actually received. What I got was a yellow & green plastic cheap horse light with messy gold paint all over it - see my photos of comparison and get a laugh out of this one!! If trustpilot will let me post a photo!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered makeup bags that were a gift for Christmas. I ordered them in the beginning of November. They never arrived. Emailed them many many times only to be told to check with my post office which I obviously did with no luck. They told me they were undeliverable at my address which is false. Sara from customer service is still telling me to be patient and it is mid January 🤣

I genuinely don’t understand how these trousers made it past quality control—if such a thing even exists. They feel like they were stitched together from leftover plastic bags and disappointment. The fabric is thin, the sparkly gems were patchy and inconsistent, the fabric was scratchy, and somehow both stiff and flimsy at the same time.

The fit is atrocious. They sit awkwardly, bunch in all the wrong places, and manage to look cheap no matter how you style them. Putting them on was uncomfortable; wearing them for more than five minutes felt like punishment.

However, the trousers themselves weren’t as bad as the return system. which is a complete mess. The policy seems to change depending on who you ask or which page you’re reading—confusing, inconsistent, and needlessly frustrating. Trying to return these felt like jumping through hoops designed to wear you down until you give up and accept the loss. £40 worth of crap and I would have to pay for the return which is half the price of the product. with the reasoning around was to support the environment...

If I need to say it, obviously don't buy from here.

I ordered 2 pendant lamp shades in November 2025 (it's January 2026 now) worth almost AED1000 and have not only NOT received them but have emailed the company 20 plus times only to get phony responses saying my money will not be refunded and the items have gotten lost and will be shipped shortly. All their responses differ from the last one. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM. THEM. IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM.

If anyone knows of an online consumer court I can take them to or send the police to their warehouse (if it exists), please let me know - I am willing to take legal action.

I ordered work shoes.size 7,they sent me a size 10. I asked to return them for the correct size.They charged me another $25 then sent me a size 11. I then requested a full refund, .$78, they have refused,no return address, just gaslighting. I would caution everyone to be very careful dealing with this company.

Product arrived NOTHING like what I ordered, which was a stained glass bird stand. I received cheap plastic crap that arrived broken. Never ever buy anything from this scam company.

Disgusting company disgusting people especially Sara in customer service first and last time dealing with them they have robbed me of money by sending me a broken item nearly a month after buying it and then when I told them it’s broken they sent another guess what?? Broken again so I asked for a refund both were proved and shown on photo broken they asked for photos of the two broken items together or they won’t refund me a month apart??? Why would I keep hold of the first shattered mirror if your sending a new one then that one is shattered too in complete different places absolutely awful and this won’t be the last they hear from me scammed me out of £50
