Great customer service and amazing product. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and they promptly to care of the issue and walked me through the return process. The insoles themselves are like walking on clouds and solved years of foot pain. Thank you steppers

Pity the insoles don't do what they claim. First day was ok but after that no better than cheap one's from boots or tescos.
Customer service is shocking, they are rubbish at replying to emails and when they do reply, they don't understand what you have said so you have to send it again and wait another few days to see if they will reply again.
They say the product is that good they will give you your money back if not happy. I've asked for my money back twice and looks unlikely I will get it as they are so poor at replying. If they dont, I will take legal action

SCAM!!! , absolute scam you can buy the exact same insoles of temu for a fraction of the price. Customer service is horrible I spent over a month emailing them back and forth so I can get my money back. I tried returning it to them they said I will have to pay the shipping fee back I said its fine and they wouldn't let me proceed but after a lot of negotiation I ended up getting 80% of my money back after they only wanted to give me 40%a at first, but lost hours of my time emailing them back and forth because they don't read my emails correctly. Stay away!

The customer service was so helpful, my order was lost and they were able to send me a new one at no additional cost!

I've tried many different insoles as I spend most of my day on my feet. These have performed better than any i have used. They cost more but, I've always been a firm believer that quality has a price.

I just received my stepprs today and I am currently walking around with them in my shoes; what I am experiencing is already them me that these are better than any other of the many insoles that I have or that I have tried. Thank you

These insoles have made my steelies my comfiest shoes- so much so I’ve bought 2 more for my other shoes and a set for my partner

I am really appreciative that this company cares so much. I recently got an order and wasn’t ecstatic about them. I do struggle with plantar fasciitis so I do get quite bad feet pain, after reaching out to the company they couldn’t be any more apologetic and are now sending me a free pair as well as a free heel cushion to ensure I am getting the full experience. I am so grateful thank you so much

The insoles were sent out promptly and are very comfortable. I went for the - buy 2 get 1 free option but only 2 pairs arrived. Steppers rectified this for me and as a goodwill gesture allowed me to select another size as a gift! Overall im very satisfied with not only the product but the customer service also.

I ordered size 36 but the wrong size arrived.
With no hesitation they sent me the correct pair and told me to keep the large size which I have given to someone they fit.
I have just ordered 3 more pairs.
I have painful soles of my feet and these are such a dream relief to walk with.
I've tried many different insoles, these are the only ones that give me relief.
I highly recommend these for anyone with painful feet.

I had originally bought one Stepprs Massage Insoles. They made walking more comfortable and less painful so I ordered three more. Unfortunately, the post office messed up and never delivered my package despite their identifying the package as delivered. Upon learning about the issue with post office, Stepprs will provide missing items. Awesome Customer Service and products.

Every thing about this company is awesome I wish they had a office here in the USA so we don't have to wait to long for a delivery, that's the only con is taking so long to ship the product if it only took 6-7 days long and that would be so much better , the insoles are worth the wait in the end I guess I should have ordered more than one pair

Scam!!! I bought two pairs, has been two weeks, no reply to email after I advised them I would report them for fraud, still have my proof of payment via bank statements but they have bounced the email they send me with tracking numbers so it doesn't appear in my inbox anymore. Really dodgy, do not buy!

These are the best off the shelf insoles I've ever worn. I bought one out to try them out and I can back and ordered two more pair. I'll most likely be buying more. Great arch support and it's like walking on clouds. No heel impact pain, my feet are not tired at the end of the day, and no inkling of my plantar fasciitis flaring up. Full stop. Buy yourself a pair now and see for yourself what all the hype is about.

When we first tried these, they were okay for me but very uncomfortable for my wife. I contacted Stepprs and they said that we probably received a defective pair and they would send another pair for my wife free of charge and also some heel supports. We never received these. After several emails, they quit responding. I have been using my pair for the past 3 months and they have already begun to tear. These are poor quality. Their customer service is horrible and their products does not live up to their claims. Avoid this product as I believe it is a scam.

Most comfortable insert I have ever used. I stand at my desk 8-10 hours per day and my feet do not get tired at the end of the day. Great investment. Just ordered 5 more and 2 for my daughter who is training for a full marathon. Loves them!!!

Bought 2 pairs of Stepprs. I thought they were priced in the high range. Happy with the product, happy feet!

I am already super turned off when I saw your videos wasting the eggs away while doing the so called cushion "tests". Please stop wasting food. There are other more ways to make your ad creative & effective in delivering the message. 😑
