I got the Yuji jacket (tokyo high) at pre order and it came beautifully packed with some stickers free of cost.
In all the shipping (from Portugal) process they gave me updates of day and at what part was my order.
They warned in the website that the size ran a bit small so I got a bigger one.
The jacket is super comfy and easy to use day to day and wash. I just wished they used a stronger string on some buttons because when I pull it seems like it wants to bust, but in the +10 wears that I used it it nerver did.
All and all a good experience and will buy again from this brand if they make jackets from other animes that I love.

While it took awhile for my order to get to me, I had been expecting that as they had explained numerous times that they ship in waves and it might take months to get it.

When I got my package it was in a very cool box that had a nice dragon design on it. I got freebie stickers and the most important part is my jacket is awesome and amazing and a year later it looks like the day I got it. I will always recommend this store

I love stitch spring!! I don't normally leave reviews but if people are talking negatively about them, that is absolutely false. It may take a long time to receive the product, but the designs and quality are unlike most things I buy online. 10000% would buy from stitch spring again!

I love Stitch Spring! Since my first order with them in 2024 I’ve placed at least 6 more orders. The quality of their items has never let me down and their customer service is always quick and helpful.

They are great at explaining the timeline of orders. It will take a few months for your stuff to get to you but it’s worth the wait.

I have ordered 3 times from Stichspring, always 2+ items. I'm currently still waiting for the third order, but overall the whol experience with the first 2 was very good. The first one took longer than described in the timeline on their page, so I contacted them. Got a response the same day, saying they found issues with the products manufactured and had them be redone. They said they'll message me when the order got shipped and they did!
Quality and designs are very good, so if you can wait a couple months I'd say it's worth it

This brand makes, without a doubt, the coolest and highest quality anime gear on the market. Wish I could buy every drop. Can’t recommend this brand enough!!!

I’ve bought 5 times from them and each garment was beautifully made. They don’t mass produce so it takes time to ship, but the quality is something you don’t see in stores anymore.

Though it takes a little longer than usual to recieve your order. Just know that they always put incredible detail into all of their garments! I have order from them 3 times and all of orders were recieved!!

Package came early!

I was expecting it to come at the estimated arrival around december, but it came in september, which I was very thankful and happy about. Lovely service!

I have bought from Stitch Spring countless times, and every time their cardigans and hoodies are of amazing quality!! Some notable favourites I have include the Appa hoodie and the Sweet Love cardigan cause of their super soft and fuzzy qualities, along with the Mist cardigan which has beautiful and intricate embroidery. Every item is made to order so it would take lots of time, so expect around 6 months for it to be made and shipped to your door. Thus please be patient with your order since this wait time is normal! I’ve also bought from their sister company, Venti’s Vision, and their cardigans and hoodies are of amazing quality as well!

Total scam. I ordered the water tribe cardigan on 4/20/2025 as a gift for my sister. It shipped on 10/9/2025 half a year later. I emailed them on 12/30/2025 because I hadn't heard anything and they responded saying it had been delivered and to ask the shipping service, UniUni. I asked UniUni and they responded that the package was lost and to reach back to the vendor. So I finally went back and sent the confirmation email from UniUni to them on 1/16/2026 and they have not responded since.

The shipping took a while but that is to be expected since every item is made to order. Once I recieved my order, the jacket and pants were very good quality. Definitely worth the price and will be buying from this company again.

I got both the Exiled Prince and Air Bison jacket and love them so much! Both jackets are of excellent quality, super comfortable to wear and very cozy!

The product is very high quality and I love the themes of them.

The designs are awesome and the items have come exactly as depicted. The quality of the stitching for the designs feels great as well. Even if the wait times are long, it has been worth it every time.

I’ve gotten 3 different jackets from this shop, and have a 4th on the way. Each one is perfectly made: neat stitching, comfortable material, amazing and unique designs. You can tell this company loves to listen to their customers, creating clothes that they know people will love.

I first found stitch spring when I was looking for a Yuji Itadori jacket for a holloween costume. I didn’t realize it at the time but it was a pre-order and I wasn’t able to go as Yuji. (I dressed as Toji instead) When the jacket arrived I immediately loved it and even ordered a Jinx jacket and pants when they did an Arcane drop. Their items are really good quality and look amazing and I’m patiently waiting for when they drop another line that i’m interested in and i’ll def be buying it.
