Bought a Minisforum AI X1 Pro-470 64GB on the EU website. Asked a couple of questions to customer service first, and they where helpsome and replied diligently. The machine has only been running a couple of days, but so far smooth and without issues. Can definitely recommend Minisforum.

When my nearly 2 year old Minisforum S100 suddenly stopped working I contacted Minisforum Customer Service. They applied for free repair and I could send the defective device to the repair facility in Germany. After testing it appeared impossible to repair and I was offered a refurbished device for free. The experience was very satisfying.

I have a UM980pro that wouldn’t start anymore. I am based in Norway. Support was slow but methodical and needed only little follow up from my side. They paid for the return shipping to china (they would not allow shipping to Germany because they don’t accept parcels from Norway). The shipment process was lengthy and I have not yet received the replaced product. Overall this has been going on for over a month. But they reimburse my shipments costs and replace it.

I had a positive experience with Minisforum's customer support. My refurbished DEG1 OCuLink eGPU Dock unfortunately arrived without the mounting bracket and screws, but after contacting support, they responded promptly and quickly arranged to send the missing parts.

Great product. Bought Atomman G7 PT and loving the form factor and performance. Despite the power cable faulty for not outputting 1440p resolution properly, the customer service is very helpful and sent a new unit as a replacement. Recommended

After some trouble with a second-hand used UM690S I did ask for warranty and simultaneous for an option to UPGRADE to a more modern device. Because need of "USB 4 + AI" and already good experience with an AI X1 Pro (370) my preferred option was its successor AI X1 Pro (470).
With just a minimum of surcharge I got such a (barebone) device within a week after resending my defect UM690S.
After upgrading the barebone with an 8TB SSD + 128GB DDR5 RAM, the device runs perfectly.

I purchased a refurbished NAB6 unit that came without the SSD cooling fan. I emailed the support and they quickly responded and shipped me SSD cooling fan without additional cost. Support was quick to respond and really helpful.

My parcel was misrouted at first, because the address was jumbled, but after contacting customer support, they rearranged to ship it out again with a rectified address directly after it returned to their warehouse.
All through that, customer support was responsive and helpful, which impressed me.
The parcel arrived with a short delay, but without further hiccups and in great state.
