I returned my entire order #190703 in November, following all return instructions exactly. In December, customer support informed me that they would look into the issue and investigate it with FedEx. Since then, I have received no updates and no refund.

I do not know where my returned order is now — whether it was lost or delivered — but I returned it correctly and fulfilled my responsibility as a customer.
Any issues with the courier should not be used as a reason to delay my refund.

Months have passed with no resolution, no communication, and no money returned.

This situation has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I want to resolve this matter as soon as possible, but the lack of communication and accountability makes that impossible.
I expected a lawful and professional service, and instead I’ve been left disappointed and out of pocket.

UPDATE (21st FEBRUARY ):
It has now been several more days since my original review, and there have still been no updates, no communication, and no refund regarding order #190703.

Despite returning the entire order in November and being told in December that the issue would be investigated with FedEx, nothing has changed. I have not received any clarification about the status of my return or my money.

This ongoing lack of response and resolution is extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for a proper explanation and a full refund.

The issue with order #190703 is still not resolved. Despite my previous updates and repeated attempts to obtain clarification, I have received no meaningful response, no explanation regarding the status of my returned package, and no refund.

Quality of the goods was very good - unfortunately the experience was let down as the handbag was not delivered to my property on time and was left elsewhere.

For luxury goods I had expected the delivery would be with care to my fully enclosed farmhouse porch

Beautifully packaged bag. The leather initially had a very strong chemical smell which is gradually wearing off. The construction, quality and design of the bag is top class. Will definitely by from Strathberry again.

This is a beautiful purse you can feel the quality I like that you can dress it up or down the gold chain is beautiful.

Beautiful bag. Delivered so quickly

I received my beautiful Multrees bag in Oxblood colour and I love it! The bag is well made, well-designed and is versatile with the choice of short or long crossbody handle. I also love the way it's packaged, from the elegant black box to the cotton tote dust bag, which is a bonus as it seems like getting two bags! Lastly, I admire the way there was no plastic tapes on the box which shows their commitment to our environment! I only wish it arrived sooner!

Recently purchased the Charlotte drawstring bag as a birthday gift for a friend’s special birthday. The price point in the January sale meant a luxury handbag was accessible & affordable, and the bag is a great size & a really versatile style. And the luxury packaging means there’s a real joy of unboxing. Delivery was super speedy, too!

Purse is beautiful and staff in the store was very attentive.

I LOVE this brand- their handbags are so stylish and I always receive so many compliments when I wear a Strathberry bag.

I also love that Strathberry is an independent Scottish brand, and that they make their pricing point accessible.

The brand also provides an amazing online customer experience. I once sent a bag as a gift to a friend during Covid, and I will never forget her excitement at receiving the bag and how beautiful she said all the packaging was.

This is my second purchased from Strathberry. I gifted my sister a beautiful mosaic nano purse. Classic lines that will go with any outfit! Beautiful gift wrapping for a special birthday surprise and something she will cherish forever!

This was my first order from Strathberry and I'm so happy. I ordered the Mosaic Nano in dusky blue. There quality is great. The bag is just beautiful. It shipped quickly and arrived in such nice packaging. Overall, super happy!

I bought my bag from your Covent Garden store. The lady in there was very helpful and allowed me plenty of time to consider my choices and decide which bag I wanted to buy. I’m thrilled with my black tote bag, a beautiful handbag which I shall thoroughly enjoy using. Beautifully packaged too.

Was not impressed with the quality of the handbag or wallet, especially at this price point. Handles arrived bent and crooked. Zipper wouldn’t open. Bought same color in bag and wallet but the did not match. Had to pay to return the items. Will not purchase from Strathbury again
