Very transparent process and fees, with a competitive price that still let me secure my dream car! Very happy :)

Their staff are friendly, welcoming and had a good experience with them. Only one suggestion I would have to give, when ever choose full insurance make sure this is with same company as rental car.

It was a quick and easy booking, but there lacked information about the local fees for border crossing.

It just vaguely stated "fees will apply" which I hope I can trust google with a cap at €30-50

I used this site and was scammed as a result. I found and paid for a rental agreement and the insurance, the company it advertised was using a different name/car and scammed me out of my money and i also paid this site for the insurance which did absolutely nothing in the end. i raised my concerns especially after being scammed, threatened and attacked by the company they chose to advertise and my concerns the company were falsely advertising under a different name and they couldnt give a damn.

2 customers in the rental queue used this company. Both were not allowed to use their documentation and charged an additional £400 for the week rental. No contact number. Sat waiting for online service for 1 hour. No reply. Stranded on malaga thanks to stress free.

Our rescheduled flight arrived 90 minutes late. Enterprise kept the desk open especially to make sure we had our car and we had a great hire experience at a good price. Thanks to the staff who went the extra mile

The booking process was fairly straightforward, and the price was competitive. The airport pick-up was provided as advertised, and we were given a decent-sized SUV, which was suitable for our needs.

However, there were several issues with the overall experience. The car was dirty when we collected it and had an empty fuel tank, which was disappointing.

Although I had purchased additional insurance separately, OK Mobility appeared unhappy that I had not taken their insurance policy instead.

The paperwork and vehicle handover also took quite a while, which made the collection process more time-consuming than necessary.

On returning the vehicle, it felt as though the staff were looking carefully for faults. When they were unable to find any issues, they then commented that the car was dirty and needed to be washed.

I showed them the photographs I had taken at the time of collection, clearly showing that the vehicle was already dirty when we received it. They had no response to this.

Drop off very convenient, Madeline provided excellent service. She is very professional and friendly. She is a great representative for Alamo
